  I have been going to the store on Sunset Road for many years. They have always taken great care of my needs and always explained the reasons of whatever I needed. I appreciate their help and the confidence it gives me that the work they did to help me is always the best for me. Thank you very much.

  I can’t say enough nice things about the great people working at the Horizon drive store. Not only beating the quoted price, I also got some great advice where to have other services done. Not too close to my home, but I’d go there before anywhere else for tires locally! Great atmosphere and trustworthy people!

  I cannot say enough good things about Sherman, the store manager at Tire Choice/Goodyear in Henderson, Nevada. He went above and beyond while diagnosing and repairing our Ford Explorer. From the start, Sherman was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the entire repair process, explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood what was needed. Our vehicle was kept for two nights, and Sherman reassured us that it was safely secured and locked up each night. What really stood out was his communication. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure all of our questions were answered. Before returning the vehicle, he personally ensured that the alignment was correct and that there were no unusual noises, making sure everything was working properly before handing us the keys. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Sherman delivered it every step of the way. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to his customers are truly outstanding. Tire Choice is fortunate to have him. Someone give this man a raise!
