  My experience was terrible . I did 3 seperate services to fix my stabilitrak issue.. Sherman said oil change then it was spark plugs then it was something else .. all 3 of the things he fixed cost a total of 1200$ !! When they changed the spark plugs there is no way mechanic would miss the valve cover melted and had a hole in it.. your mechanic then said i needed a pcv valve and had to order it.. while i waited i went to midas .. within 10 minutes the found the melted valve cover which was causing the stabilitrak issue! Your shop had my car 3 different times over 6 days and couldnt find the issue? I would have asked for a refund but i didnt have time and was too angry to go through the entire process! Midas fixed my issue same day for 500$ less than i already spent not counting the pcv valve your employee suggested which i didnt even need!! Its shameful to try and steal money from customers by fixing things thats unnecessary just to boost sales numbers! I have posted on all my social media platforms to never use tire choice!! I was scammed by your mechanics and the Sherman guy in the front office on the sunset store! Absolutely disgraceful!! You cant get to the spark plugs without noticing the melted valve cover as it has to be removed to get to the spark plugs !!

  I commend Josh and his team for doing an excellent job. They completed the tire repair in less time than promised. In addition, they were very pleasant and created a relax and friendly environment, made time for pleasantries, and a few laughs. I conclude that it’s a good place to get one’s tire needs.

  Joseph was awesome. My tire light was on and he was very helpful and checked the pressures. He did it very quickly and efficiently with great customer service. I will be back.
