- LBLori Brown3 days ago2.0It was not a good experience. The people were friendly but I was told to come in the next day they would have the tires from another shop and they didn’t. That’s fine then once they came in I was told it would be a two hour job that was seven hours. Also I think when getting a set of 2 tires I believe they should have been put on the front and front tires to the back. That’s fine wasn’t done either

- TMTiare MongaAug 24, 20261.0Tire Choice is trash. I will never go back there. They are lazy, cut corners, and don’t really do a thorough job. I ended up having to take my car to the dealership for service. The oil cap wasn’t put back probably and was hanging under the car, they never rotated my tires, even though they say they do with every oil change.
- KAKyle AAug 9, 20261.0Oil leaked after an oil change next oil change I did it myself and discovered they put a time sert in to try and repair the pan they stripped out I’m extremely mad about this and I’m sure they will take no accountability for them to even have time serts on hand tells you they do it all the time.
- KSKathy SevertAug 3, 20261.0Made a appointment online on a Monday for my daughter to take in the car to get 2 new tires, appointment was on Saturday she went in and she was told that they didn’t have the tires, that they were never ordered. How does that even happen?! I made the appointment well in advance for them to be able to order the tires if they didn’t have them. The guy said “i was on vacation I just got back and the guy that was taking over while I was gone didn’t order them” ridiculous service!!, obviously the guy that was in charge while he was “gone” doesn’t know what he should be doing. Never going back. My daughter went to Pepboys instead and it was great service and she was able to get my tires i needed that day!
