  The Store Manager Dave Rader did an excellent job getting me in for an alignment. Turnaround was fast and future maintenance needs were discussed. I do allot my own maintenance and at at no time did I feel like someone was trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Great job Dave you’ve earned a new customer.

  This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve been going to them for the past 5 years. After picking up vehicle today after a tire change to get into my vehicle and to see that my TPMS sensor not working. The only explanation they had for me was. “Oh. We were just paid to change tires!” But had no problem telling me that I could pay to take the tires back off to check the sensors or batteries…. This place is a joke.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE MY DAUGHTER GOT HER CALL BACK WITH NO OIL AND THE TIRE LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE HALFWAY DOWN THE STREET. THEY HAD TO GO BACK BECAUSE THE TIRE ALMOST FELL OUT. WE HAD TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS TO THE ENGINE AND THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY SO FAR IS REFUSING TO TAKE ANY SORT OF LIABILITY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  Absolutely horrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop. We brought our vehicle in for what should have been a routine oil change, and shortly after, the car suffered severe engine issues. We later discovered there was little to no oil in the vehicle, which caused extensive damage. To make matters even worse, after work was performed on the car, the wheels were apparently not properly tightened. While driving, one of the wheels nearly came off completely — an extremely dangerous situation that could have caused a serious accident or injury. The most frustrating part of this entire experience has been the complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issues or trying to make things right, the shop has denied responsibility and offered absolutely no compensation or meaningful assistance. We are now left dealing with major repair costs and the stress of trying to resolve a situation that never should have happened in the first place. I understand mistakes can happen, but customer safety should come first, and businesses should stand behind their work when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here at all. I will absolutely be warning family, friends, and others to stay away from this shop. Please think twice before trusting them with your vehicle.

  Just bought a new home in Nevada. Went to Tire Plus to have oil changed. Upon arriving home i went to check mail and noticed oil dropping on my new driveway. Went inside the garage and found all oil had leaked out of my truck. Dip stick had no oil on it whatsoever. I called Tire Plus and (Zak) responded with "Sorry about that" with no resolution. I ask for the manager and was told he is on vacation however Zack said he would contact the District Manager Joe Sarron. After two days no one has contacted me. Had the truck towed to Toyota dealer. They investigated and said the oil filter was not tightened. They replaced the oil filter and oil. I found oil on the hood, on door panel, stirring wheel and shifter. Oil on garage floor took two of use six hours to clean up. New house now has oil on the driveway. I will start a BBB complaint.
