  I have never used Home windshield service that came out to my place of business before. I have you Safelite before what I’ve always gotten in their shop and this time I had to have them come out to my work. Based on Bryce, their service technician and how easy it was for them to come out and do the job at my work. I’m never gonna call anybody again. They came out on time.(Actually, after a phone call 30 minutes early) Got the job done in an hour less than the time they quoted me. The interior of my car was cleaner than when they got here. And I could not have been happier. Great company great service. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

  Beware the upsell! My quote over the phone was about $497. When they were finished I saw the printed invoice. They added tinting and wiper blades and tried to add on a cabin filter. The windshield was only $300. Ask to see a printed quote before you agree to anything. The receptionist was a goofball.

  Maria and Angel were amazing! Friendly, respectful and great customer service. They were able to get me in and out even quicker than I anticipated. I had 2 hours before I had to be at another appointment, and they completely over delivered on their commitment to get me out of there on time. When you are handling everything in life on your own, it's rare to have people care enough to do their best for you and ease come of the burden. Thank you Maria and Angel!

  My husband and I had a great experience with Safelite from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment in person was quick and easy, and Maria at the front desk made the process even better. She was friendly, patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to provide us with a quote and clearly explained how the insurance approval process works. When I mentioned that our vehicle is leased, she thoughtfully pointed out that the dealership would likely require a genuine OEM windshield, while our insurance company would not approve that additional cost. She made sure we understood all of our options without any pressure. On the day of our appointment, we were quoted a three-hour service window, but the work was completed in just one hour. The technician, Kevin, did an excellent job and notified us immediately when the vehicle was ready. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and transparent. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Safelite to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

  AVOID THIS PLACE On May 29th, 2026 I had their mobile unit replace my cracked windshield. The tech arrived on time and completed the job. This was the WORST workmanship I have ever seen. First he removed the insulation from the underside of the hood. Don't know why. However he did not replace it nor tell me it wasn't replaced! Instead he just laid it on top of the engine unbeknownst to me. Only when I smelled something burning did I raise the hood and found it laying on top of the engine!! I almost had an engine fire!! He didn't even attempt to reinstall it on the hood because there were not any fasteners in the holes. If there were then I would have assumed it fell off later but this was not the case. He INTENTIONALLY just laid it on top of the engine! Next, there are missing plastic fasteners to other parts missing which I replaced myself. The plastic cable cover for my smart rearview mirror was broken and just laying on my dashboard. He didn't bother to tell me it was broken when it came off. With this poor quality of service, I can only wonder about the quality of the glass windshield installed. Tried calling this damn place but they are well shield by the corporate automated phone system. In other words if you want to talk to a human, you are screwed. Also the receipt says my vehicle was vacuumed and exterior windows cleaned. NOPE!! I will NEVER use these idiots again. 25 years ago I had a windshield replaced on a car by Safelite I no longer have. Their workmanship was impeccable! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED SAFELITE??!! For those that still want these idiots to install glass on their vehicle, beware of "technician" Daniel - Technician ID 1827-760. Check your vehicle before he leaves which is what I should have done. The reason I didn't was I incorrectly thought I would have received the same workmanship I did 25 years ago. BOY WAS I EVER WRONG!! I will be writing an official complaint letter to Safelite corporate offices.
