  Getting to experience the quality and efficiency of Safelite and their employees was great! Didn’t have to worry about going out of my way to take my truck to the shop and wait a couple hours but instead, I was able to make an appointment the day before and they’re were available for the afternoon to show up at my home and do the replacement of my windshield! George was my service Tech and I’m grateful for the great job he did!

  Update: After calling customer service multiple times, I was informed that this location will cover the moldings. I have a scheduled appointment this upcoming Saturday. Hopefully this time they have the moldings and fix the issue. The staff are nice, especially the lady at the front desk. I do wish I would have taken my car somewhere else though for my windshield replacement. The windshield side moldings were damaged during the install, and the initial technician said that it happened in Las Vegas because of the sun. While I understand that, the reason they did not offer to install new molding during my windshield replacement was because they did not have them in stock at the shop. I paid about $450 for a standard windshield replacement (no GPS nor imaging in my windshield), and I chose not to go through my insurance but pay for it outright. I expected a better experience, and I regret having not just gotten the chip repaired or replaced with a different repair shop. I contacted corporate customer service after indicating in a survey that I was not happy, and they scheduled me for a warranty appointment. I even called the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment as well as that the moldings were in stock. Kianna with corporate customer service put me on hold to call the store, and she said that yes, the store had the moldings in stock. When I arrived today for my warranty appointment, I was told that they needed to get manager approval (despite me having already speaking with corporate customer service) and that they did not have the moldings in stock. I now have another appointment scheduled out a week from today. There is miscommunication occurring on multiple levels in this experience, and I really hope the manager of this location helps me address the issue. I will be calling during the week to speak with the store manager. Everyone I’ve spoken with at the store is polite and nice, but I expect my windshield (and the moldings) to be in at least the same shape or better with a full windshield replacement. If having to replace moldings is a common issue in Las Vegas when windshields are replaced, that should be communicated during initial appointment scheduling, and the cost of the moldings should either be explicitly included in the price of the windshield replacement, or it should be noted as an additional expected expense at the time of the install. Ordering moldings from their warehouse one day prior to a windshield replacement should be common practice. I could have gone to other shops, with one quoting me as low as $250 before tax for the windshield replacement, but I chose Safelite because I had used them in the past to repair a minor windshield chip. Instead, I paid almost $200 more and am not satisfied with the outcome.

  Thankfully I had never needed a new windshield before this experience. My insurance company recommended Safetite. I took their recommendation and so glad I did. From my first interaction with the office staff and then the installation and the installer i could not believe the service i got. This is a first class Company. They arrived on time...kept me in the loop...and did a great installation. If I ever need glass again...or anyone in my family does... It will be Safelite.

  They had multiple chances to get it right there’s no ethical or integrity with these people. They damage my car and then try to tell me that it was already there, knowing that the no way to chip a rearview mirror on a G wagon without removing the windshield and disassembling the rearview mirror instead of them being honest about it and saying they made a mistake. They tried to say that it was already there after they seen that I was not accepting it. they said they were gonna use their insurance or they were going to reach out by the end of the day. This is three days later now my review Mari is shipped and it’s also has multiple functions that are not working properly because of it I’m just gonna reach out to my insurance because at this point they’re unresponsive even after reaching out to customer service I still was not able to resolve this. The store said they were gonna call me multiple times and never reached out you can’t call the store directly. You could only get in touch with the 800 Number, if you’re still reading this, I highly recommend you never take a high-end vehicle to these people. They treat every car the same. They rushed the job and this is the result of it. This is exactly why their work is warranty.
