  Joey and the team did such an incredible job of repairing the paint on my Volkswagen Tiguan where my 17 year old created some very deep scrapes on the paintwork. The front right side door was clicking and he even agreed to realign it so it no longer clicks. Paint looks like brand new, scrape is now totally invisible. He was so communicative, incredibly well priced, the work was completed quickly and to a really high standard! I would highly recommend using them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Excellent customer service! I needed to replace the headlights on my Lexus IS 250, and Joe took care of everything with no problem. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy.   This shop is the only shop our family will go to. Not only is it owned and ran by a family but they’re actually HONEST and will not rip you off. They come through and have the best communication. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone who needs assistance with their vehicles. Thanks Joey !

  Was referred by Honda for a small dent in my bumper. When getting an estimate the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. Unfortunately, the first time taking my car in they did a pretty bad job. Wrong color, missing clips, and the alignment was off. But they were super sorry about it and got the car back in the shop fairly quickly. The second time around was 1000x better. Everything was perfect. Color, clips, and alignment. The bumper hasnt looked this good on the car. They stuck to their word and made it right. They also detailed the outside and inside. Would definitely go back and recommend this shop as they stuck to their word and went above and beyond.

  There are moments in life when a complete stranger changes your entire day—and sometimes even restores your faith in people. That is exactly what happened to me at Integrity Customs. The other day, while driving on the 95 freeway, the trim around my front right tire suddenly blew off. I was terrified. I managed to slowly make my way off the freeway at the Sunset exit, but I was stranded, overwhelmed, and honestly in tears. I didn’t have AAA, I didn’t know what to do, and I felt completely alone. Then I remembered Integrity Customs. This is the same shop that repaired my 2019 Kia Forte multiple times after it was stolen in 2024, so I drove there hoping someone might be able to help. It was a Saturday, and I wasn’t even sure anyone would be willing or able to do anything. That’s when I met Gabe, the original owner of Integrity Customs and Joey’s father. I can honestly say I will never forget his kindness. Even though he didn’t have to, Gabe went out of his way to help me. He treated me with compassion instead of seeing me as just another customer. At a time when I was scared, stranded, and falling apart, he stepped in without hesitation. His willingness to help when no one else could meant more to me than I could ever put into words. In today’s world, it’s becoming harder and harder to find people with that kind of character—people who genuinely care simply because it’s the right thing to do. Gabe reminded me that those people still exist. Integrity Customs has already earned my trust over the years through the incredible work Joey, Mandy, and the rest of the team have done repairing my Kia. But Gabe’s kindness that day took my respect for this company to an entirely different level. He didn’t just help fix a problem with my car—he gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Thank you, Gabe, for going above and beyond for someone who was having one of those days where everything felt like it was falling apart. Your compassion, generosity, and integrity are exactly what your company’s name represents. Because of you, Integrity Customs hasn’t just earned another five-star review—they’ve earned a customer for life.
