  This is the third vehicle I’ve brought to Integrity Customs’ Speedway location. I don’t give second chances to mediocre work, let alone thirds so I wanted to share. I’ve spent decades in environments where attention to detail is a must. I hold businesses to the same standard as I hold myself; Integrity Customs exceeds it. The quality of work is simply exceptional. I’ve had vehicles come off their floor looking better than they did the day I drove them off a dealer’s lot. On one of those, a car pushing twenty years old, I genuinely could not locate the repair site. I tried but the bodywork is that clean. What distinguishes this shop beyond the craftsmanship, though, is how they operate. Not only do they clearly explain their processes, they coordinated, multiple times, directly with my insurance company and the dealership for the final steps or inspection, managed the logistics, and kept me informed throughout. No chasing people down, no vague timelines, no surprises. Just a drop it off and be comfortable it’s done right. Much of that is owed to Mandy. She is amazing! Organized, relentless on your behalf, and genuinely invested in the best outcome for the customer. She pushed back where pushing back was needed, followed through on every commitment, and treated my vehicle and my time with respect. In my experience, that combination of diligence and advocacy is rare. Professional is an understatement! If you want work done right with someone in your corner while it’s being done, Mandy and Integrity Customs is the call to make. I’ve voted with my keys (and wallet) three times! They’re going to be my first stop if I need any bodywork!

  Nothing but great things to say! My side skirt became loose and needed to be secured back in place and they were able to get me in quickly and get the job done within 45 minutes at an extremely fair price. It looks good as new. Employees were very nice as well, I would recommend them for any work you may need done

  Joey and his team are fantastic. Provided amazing customer service, installed what I needed in a timely and professional manner. I look forward to bringing my jeep to them for future installs and paint

  I can't say enough great things about Integrity Customs! Their customer service is warm and welcoming, and a lot of that is thanks to Yolanda. She is always in the best mood, incredibly attentive, and goes out of her way to make sure every customer feels taken care of. Her work ethic is truly something special. A big shout-out to Joe and Joey as well ,these guys are rockstars. The entire staff at Integrity Customs is top-notch, and the quality of their repair work speaks for itself.They make the whole process seamless and stress-free. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. If you're looking for a shop where the service is exceptional and the craftsmanship is even better, look no further. Integrity Customs has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

  We were so pleased with our experience with integrity customs! There were so kind and helpful and easy to work with. Definitely use them if you need a scratch or dent repaired!
