  My first experience with Imperial Auto and Truck Service Center was when I brought in my boyfriend’s BMW for new brakes, rotors, and sensors. I was so impressed with the staff, the quality of their work, and how well they took care of his car that when my own vehicle developed a problem back home in Southern California, I drove it all the way to Henderson because I trusted Imperial to diagnose and fix it properly. They found the issue very quickly and handled everything directly with my extended warranty company. I didn’t have to make calls, deal with paperwork, or go back and forth with anyone. They took care of the entire process, and all I had to do was pay my deductible. Later, another unrelated problem came up, and they handled that quickly as well. Most recently, I had a small issue with my car, and they fixed it for me as a courtesy without charging me. It’s those little things that make a huge difference. Finding an auto shop that is honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly takes care of its customers is not easy. Imperial Auto and Truck Service Center has completely earned my trust. Going forward, I’ll be bringing all of our vehicles here, both the ones we have in Las Vegas and my vehicles in California. Even if that means driving from Southern California to Henderson, it’s worth it to know I’m taking my car somewhere I trust. Absolutely a five-star experience.

  Folks here are great. Owners very honest and fair. I trust them to tell me what I need and why, they make their recommendations with actual proof your car needs it and it never feels like a sales pitch. Cars always run great after service and we bring them in for everything from oil changes to complete cylinder head replacements when we need them. Absolutely recommend coming here if you need work on your car.

  I've been taking my cars to Imperial for over 10 years because they fix whatever is wrong and it stays fixed. I have a 2012 Toyota Prius Plug-In hybrid with 187,000+ miles and with the prices of new, and all the surveillance tech being added to new, I gad a "come to Imperial" moment where I had to decide between investing in significant maintenance or buying new. I decided to invest into new controll arms, shocks, struts, tires, alignment and TPS sensors ... and Imperial did it all. It now drives like a dream and is ready for the next 187,000 miles. Whatever issues your car is having, Imperial can fix it ... and they will fix it right. Highly recommended.

  Frank and the rest of the team here did a great job on my BMW. They came and picked me up and dropped me off at home, fixed my car in one day by doing The full breaking system with pads rotors and sensors. Their customer service was superb. I will definitely return here. Thank you!
