The best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was attentive and thoughtful and we never felt like we were being swindled or pressured. Gay Otey and Corey Sumner were absolutely amazing and were so patient with our questions. While we didn't get the vehicle we wanted right away and had to reserve one coming in, we were very pleased with the service and how communicative everyone was. Corey was not pushy and answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. Ms. Gay helped us immensely by ensuring we got a great price for the 2026 Rav4 we purchased. We will definitely come back when it is time to upgrade from our other vehicle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Toyota RAV4 from Findlay Toyota, and I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. From start to finish, every single person I worked with went above and beyond in a way that is incredibly rare these days. A huge thank you to Sales Manager Greg Hadges, who made the entire process feel effortless, professional, and actually enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and his team. His attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed. My salesperson, Meilad, was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never once made me feel pressured. He answered every question, made sure I understood all of my options, and made buying my new RAV4 exciting rather than stressful. He treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in the door. And I have to give a special shout-out to Ron, who tinted my windows. The work was flawless! The tint looks incredible and was completed with such professionalism and care. It's clear he takes tremendous pride in his work. I've purchased vehicles before, but this experience was on an entirely different level. The entire team at Findlay Toyota made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely excited about my purchase. If you're looking for a dealership that combines professionalism, honesty, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly goes the extra mile, look no further. Thank you, Greg, Meilad, Ron, and everyone at Findlay Toyota for making this such a memorable experience. I absolutely LOVE my new 2026 RAV4 and will be recommending you to everyone I know! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 EXPERIENCE — HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Being that this was the first time ive ever been to this dealership the intake specialist who came up to my car was not the right person for the job. When I pulled into the service area there were three lanes with Green Xs on top with and arrow to go through. The last lane was open so I proceeded through.. Some girl comes up to me and her energy just felt unwelcoming or that I was in the wrong area off the bat. She asked me about 3 to 4 different times if I had an appointment, I said no . I said I just spoke to Phil who advised me to jus come in and ask for him. She then proceeded again to say " so do you have an appointment?" I repeat i dont I guess since Phil took my information and concerns and told me to come in no time was given. She then asked what the problem was. I went into explaining the same thing I explained to Phil. I indicated my screen was showing Engine maintenance required and vehicle has a slow start... Her next question literally that came out of her mouth was " SO WHATS YOUR CONCERN" I Looked at her like "are you high" I literally just told u in 2 mins what I was here for. Being that it was my first time. And this being my first impression of what was coming in regards to this service experience. It was frustrating to say the least. I was made to feel ignorant or dumb for pulling in. Or maybe I didnt follow the common sense process of an open lane that said pull all the way up I wish I would have gotten her name because she gets a 0 for rating. My service guy Phil was good. No complaints . I was surprised he was able to get me in right away and explained everything in detail. When I called him before coming in and explaining the situation he already had a feeling of what it could be. And he was right. But unfortunately the part is on back order so I will need to wait to get my car fixed. I am hoping that driving around with it this way doesnt mess up vehicle more. What I didnt like is I dropped my car off for service and within a 5 min of it being there I was getting messages from sales reps trying to purchase my car.. that was not necessarily needed.. i did not give ok for those type of messages only messages about the service. Other than that the experience was good.

I went in for a recall that I had on my Toyota Venza. Also, my right-side front bumper where it's attached to the side panel has been coming out over the last few months and thought this something that could be done easily. It turns out the entire bumper needed to be replaced which was around $2,000. I was shocked that this was going to cost that much for something that just happened with my car with no involvement with me. I get an email stating this needs to be done approve or deny without any reasoning on why I have to pay in the first place. If warranty does not cover this then let me know, so they I can understand why it's going to cost $2,000. The guy who helped said that he had the same issue with his car and it could go one of two ways and he would let me know what they said. I only received an email to approve or deny the finding.

Previously, I was a fan of this car dealership. We purchased a vehicle here before. But I have to take the time today to discuss our experience in the service department. Romeo in the service department has absolutely zero customer service skills. We purchased an extended warranty on a used Toyota vehicle, and the second he found out that our vehicle was not purchased from this location, he wrote us off. He explained he would have to charge us outrageous costs on diagnostic tests. To top it off, my car sat in the intake area for 15 minutes running with my key inside of it, and he didn’t even take the time to tell me that I could leave at that point.
