  Recently my lease with Toyota ended and I came in to go over my options. Brendan in sales was super helpful through the entire process! He took his time, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and didn’t just treat me like another sale. I ended up getting a great deal on buying out my current lease, with a monthly payment that I can actually afford! Then I worked with Carlos to complete the process and all of the paperwork. He thoroughly went over all of the warranty options without being pushy and helped me get a great price on everything. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with sales at a dealership and if you’re in the market for a vehicle I recommend working with Brendan and Carlos!

  Great experience. Drove 2 hrs to purchase a car here. Ryan Kelly was my sales guy. I appreciated his straightforwardness and answered all my questions even before we met. Unlike some sales people/dealerships that just want to keep you in the dark until you get there and then surprise you with the cost. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota. We will definitely be back soon for our next purchase!

  Irvin Velazquez was EXTREMELY helpful throughout this process! He was super understanding, worked with me, made this experience comfortable. I am a single mother, I just wanted someone who was transparent and honest. He was exactly that. Also kudos to TJ! He was also super patient with all my questions and answered them with grace.   Richard Runion was the best car salesman I have ever worked with! My last 2 new car buying experiences were so bad that we vowed never to buy a new vehicle again and endure the games, pressure, and unprofessional treatment we encountered. Richard was absolutely ideal for us. He went the extra mile from start to finish, and even came personally to pick me up at the airport when I flew in to buy and drive home my new Tacoma, which he and the new vehicle manager searched for and brought in just for me. Although I made two 800 mile trips from Utah and back to complete this purchase, I have no regrets and would recommend him to anybody else in a heartbeat. He was personable, great customer service, and I feel like he is my newest friend rather than a business acquaintance. He was to me deserves a 10 star rating. Give that man a raise!

  Salesman tells me to come back in so we can make a deal. I told him I dont want to sit and wait. He tells me nope just be a few minutes. I go in what do you think happens. Yep they make me wait for 30 minutes while they look at my trade for the second time. I text him he finally comes back and tells me they have to take more pics but he will only be two more minutes. I leave. Guess what I get a bunch of texts and calls come back the deal is done. Real question can someone tell me what the scam is here? Why come in wait for nothing then when i leave hey the deal is done come back. Hey Mr. Findlay this is why people hate going to car dealerships.
