  I’m in town visiting my parents, and my mom had been wanting a new car for a long time. She’s had her Toyota 4Runner for over 20 years and wanted to stick with a brand she knows and trusts. The moment we arrived at Toyota of Henderson, we were immediately greeted by Antonio Perez. I loved his personality from the start and knew he was going to be the one we bought a car from. My mom had a long list of things she wanted in her new vehicle, and Antonio truly listened. He delivered exactly what she was looking for and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. Everyone we worked with — from Antonio, to the manager, to the finance guy, to the woman helping with the DMV paperwork — was amazing. Definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here!

  Romeo in the service department is AWESOME! Will definitely be coming back! 4Runner was tilting down left, mostly feeling it in the rear drivers shocks (icon installed by 3rd party). Within about an hour and a half, I got the text from Romeo letting me know the technician felt it almost immediately during the drive test (only $100!!). The recommendation was new shock pads, they had them in stock, was able to sign approval contract via text message link and the whole thing was done by noon!! My husband and I needed to run errands after and didn’t want to have his car there as well, Romeo ordered us an uber straight to Findlay that was also enjoyable. The best car dealer/service dept in the valley!

  Had been looking for a reliable new car for a change. Drove into the lot and saw not only a lot of cars but also a few workers together. Frank was the nicest to come up to us and greet us with a smile. I am a first time buyer and Frank, he went above and beyond for us. He showed us a bunch of options for what I was looking for and even in the extreme heat he was always having a smile on his face. He made sure we’re always cool and refreshed and gave me options and a lot of facts and pros and cons on each car we looked at. He gave me a few options and I finally made a decision and I’m very happy with it. Thank you Frank for helping me and my family get what we were looking for.

  I have been looking for a Corolla for sometime and looked at both used, new and lease options. I got the runaround from several different dealers, who wouldn’t give me and out the door price unless I came in. Then one dealer actually sent me a proposal, and when I got there, they changed it. Purchasing a new car it is like buying a house; very stressful. However, Finlay Toyota of Henderson was such a piece of cake. Nick was the best sales person. I think I’ve ever talked to making the sale so easy and answering any questions I had. He calculated the final costs of The options I was looking at and kept his word at what was offered. There was absolutely no stress at all, and I will definitely go back to the same place on my next purchase and send all my friends there as well.

  Deceptive Practices and Lack of Ethics: Be Careful if You Shop Alone "I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership due to their predatory financing practices. My wife came in alone to finalize a deal for a new Toyota, backed by an excellent credit score of 790 and a $10,000 cash down payment. Instead of providing a fair deal, the finance department took advantage of the situation and inflated the contract with $4,635 in unsolicited extra charges (a $3,000 service contract, $1,110 maintenance plan, and tire/wheel protection). Most outrageously, they applied nearly half of our down payment to cover these 'add-ons' instead of reducing the vehicle's principal price. This left us with a significantly higher debt than what was agreed upon. Furthermore, despite a nearly 800 credit score, they imposed a 6.89% APR, which was clearly marked up for their own profit. I had to return the same day to demand the cancellation of these items and insist the contract be rewritten legally. I am attaching photos of the original breakdown (Itemization of Amount Financed) where you can see exactly how they tried to 'vanish' our down payment into unnecessary products. Even though I eventually forced them to correct the contract and lower the balance to the rightful $27,800, the fact that I had to fight for what should have been a standard transparent transaction is unacceptable. If you are a buyer with good credit, be extremely cautious: they do not respect your financial profile; they only look for ways to squeeze every dollar out of your pocket. A truly disappointing and mediocre experience,,unbelievable..
