Service Advisor Jenn was very helpful in getting the first service performed on my new car. Previously it was noticed that there was a very small dent on my car when the car was called for a recall. At the time the advisor was to provide a phone number to get the repair performed but I never received it but when I asked Jenn for the number she followed up and provided it like I asked
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership, particularly with the sales manager, Joe. I came in genuinely prepared to purchase a vehicle and was hoping we could come to a deal that worked for both sides. Instead, I found Joe’s approach to be pushy, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational.
I completely understand that a dealership may not be able or willing to meet a customer’s offer. What bothered me was not that we couldn’t agree on a price—it was the way the interaction was handled. Rather than feeling like there was a respectful negotiation, I felt pressured and dismissed, and the overall experience left me uncomfortable enough that I chose to walk away.
The most telling part is that I went to another Mazda dealership immediately afterward and had the complete opposite experience. They were kind, calm, accommodating, and never made me feel pressured. They worked with me to reach a deal I felt great about, and I purchased my car from them that same day.
Buying a car is a major purchase, and how customers are treated matters just as much as the numbers. This dealership had a customer who was ready to buy and lost the sale entirely because of the way the interaction was handled. I would not return or recommend them based on my experience.

Jordan was top notch professional and amazing to work with. He made my experience so easy! Especially coming from trying to be fooled at Cardinale Mazda.
Jordan got a fast approval for us, Straight shooter, no dancing back-and-forth with false promises.. I have referred many people to speak to Jordan if they’re ever in search of a Mazda.. thank you Jordan for the amazing Service. You are the consummate professional!

would highly recommend local buyers do their homework before dealing with the pre-owned department at Findlay Mazda. After inquiring about a pre-owned 2025 CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus, I was bombarded with aggressive phone calls and text messages. When I requested an itemized out-of-the-door price sheet and pushed back on their numbers, the general manager Jared attempted to use high-pressure tactics, claiming their car was rare and "ranked #1 out of 12 active comparable options in the market." A quick look at live vehicle identification numbers (VINs) completely exposed this deception. Findlay Mazda isn't sitting on rare inventory; they have a massive operational logjam. They are currently hoarding a bloated stockpile of 17 separate Turbo Premium Plus units (4 used 2025s and 13 brand-new 2026s) that have been sitting unmoving on their lot for 60, 90, and even 120 days because their pricing model is completely disconnected from reality. They bait buyers with a lower internet sticker price, only to tack on hidden dealer protection packages and inflated, bundled "tax and fee" lines at the finish line to disguise their true margins.
The most absurd part of their entire pricing model is how their pre-owned department aggressively competes against their own new car department. They sent me an out-of-the-door quote on a used 2025 model for over $39,200. Yet, right on their own public website, their new car department is discounting identical, brand-new 2026 models by nearly $3,000—bringing a zero-mile car with a full factory warranty and stackable new-car manufacturer incentives to virtually the exact same price tier. They also refused to give me the same incentives on the used car like customer cash and military discount , instead giving me 350$ for military discount and making it sound like a favor. Expecting a consumer to pay a premium for a 60-day-old used car when a brand-new 2026 model year sits right next to it for essentially the same out-of-the-door cost is completely financially irrational and shows just how out of touch their used car team really is. They absolutely refuse to cut into their profit margin in cars that are hemorrhaging costs by sitting that long unsold.
The bottom line is that Findlay Mazda's deceptive tactics, inflated backend fees, and complete lack of transparent pricing are precisely why they are sitting on the largest unmoving inventory hoard in the entire state of Nevada. They have built an absolute operational logjam of 17 specialized Turbo Premium Plus units because their math is completely disconnected from real-world market depreciation. To completely validate how uncoordinated and desperate their sales floor is: the moment I emailed General Manager Jared Plott to professionally lay out these factual inventory bottlenecks, call out their bad math, and state that I would be taking my business to a transparent competitor, they went completely silent. Instead of a professional response from management, they immediately passed my file back down to a low-level salesman to send a generic, automated follow-up script. If a dealership will blatantly fabricate local market scarcity data, hide junk protection packages in your tax lines, and pass the buck the second they are caught in a lie, they do not deserve your hard-earned money. We are proudly taking our military discount, clean financing, and substantial down payment to a dealership that treats consumers with actual respect.

I reached out to 8 dealerships at the same time, and this branch immediately stood out by providing a clear and transparent quote. Khaz and Joe were true experts and made the entire process incredibly smooth. There was absolutely no hassle. They were very responsive and provided exactly what I needed. I originally planned to purchase just one car, but I was so impressed with their service that I changed my mind and decided to get a second car from them on the same day! Thank you, Khaz, Joe, Jacob, and Garth, for the excellent experience.
