  My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was overall decent, with a few things that could definitely be improved. The shuttle ride from the collision center back to Enterprise was… memorable. The older gentleman driving was clearly on a mission to get us there quickly. I honestly wasn’t sure if it was just me being cautious or if we were genuinely flying, but even the lady riding with me — who was also headed to Enterprise — looked a little shocked at how fast we were moving. Let’s just say the old timer was trying to make record time. 🤣 Once we got there, I walked inside and there was a short line with a few customers waiting. The process itself moved fairly quickly. After a brief wait, a young employee came to assist me and took me outside to my rental. My rental ended up being a bronze Mitsubishi Sport — not the prettiest thing on four wheels by any means 🤣 — but at the end of the day, it was transportation and it got me where I needed to go while my own car was in the shop. During the vehicle walk-around, I immediately noticed a slight knocking sound and mentioned it to the employee. He casually said “okay” and wrote it down. I even commented that it sounded like it needed an oil change. Sure enough, once I got in and started driving, the knocking was more noticeable and the “service soon” message kept popping up. That was pretty ridiculous for a rental vehicle. On top of that, the inside of the car clearly smelled like someone had been smoking in it, which made the ride less pleasant than it should have been. Now, despite those issues, I will say this: The rental process itself was quick, easy, and hassle-free. They gave me the car with about three-quarters of a tank of gas, and I returned it with slightly more than that. Return was simple, fast, and painless, which I appreciated. Would I rent from Enterprise again? Yes, I would. Their pricing is fair, they’re close to home, and the in-and-out process is about as simple as it gets. Overall, I’d give this location an 8 out of 10. A few improvements I’d strongly suggest: * Better maintenance checks before handing vehicles over to customers * Make sure smoke odors are addressed before renting a car out * Offer customers something other than donuts while they wait * With five employees at the front desk, someone could at least offer waiting customers water or basic refreshments Little things like that go a long way in customer service. Still, for convenience, affordability, and ease of pickup/return, Enterprise got the job done.

  Scam alert! Be careful when you rent car at this place!Ask  a hard copy of your contract before leaving. I found unexpected extra charges on my card, and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with someone to explain or resolve the issue. They also refused to provide a copy of the original contract, as well as the manager’s name and contact information.
