  Great company to rent from. I had engine problems recently with one of our rentals and the location on Warm Springs with employee Regina was so helpful. Got me in a new rental asap without any hassle. Also the location at 810 S. Boulder is so nice and customer service was great.

  I went to the Enterprise where I initially rented the vehicle because I had a complaint regarding our rental. Ii spoke with Rae the Manager for Enterprise about my issue. She was very professional and compensated me, which I greatly appreciate. She was very professional, attentive and she look concerned . I appreciate her.help. Thank you Rae. I picked up the vehicle on Thursday April 23. The mileage was at 29659. The rental was going to be driven from Henderson Nevada to El Paso, Texas on Friday, April 24th. On our way to El Paso after we passed Tucson the change oil light came on in the vehicle. First thing on Saturday morning April 25th I called enterprise customer service. I was informed to take to take it to the Enterprise on Zaragoza in El Paso, since we were staying near this location. That we would be accommodated there. We could not be accommodated with another suv, there was a two hour wait to get a vehicle. I was told I could bring the vehicle to Jiffy oil change on George Dieter. I was also informed by Enterprise Customer Service that the oil change should have been at 29,000 miles. When enterprise called me from the El Paso location they told me the same thing. The oil change should have been taken care of prior to the vehicle being released. The tires should have been checked also. This is something the customer should not be doing, but we didn’t have a choice. We were there for 3 hours at Jiffy, 45 minutes at Enterprise to be told they only had sedans and I needed to wait 2 hours. I needed this rental because I was attending a funeral and it was a time to be with family, not at Jiffy getting an oil change and getting tires replaced. Totally unhappy and disappointed.
