  They said they had a monthly deal on the phone but when I went into the s boulder hwy store he wouldn’t give me a cheaper deal he just tried to charge me weekly for a month. And I was offered an upgrade for $50 more! I just read a review said they only paid $10 more for an upgrade what’s really going on! Although it’s cheaper than turo weekly and it’s pretty fast and hassle free! I continue to rent into my second month with no deals or discounts

  No remote alarm on a black car made it almost impossible to locate in a big hospital parking lot. It took nearly 40 minutes and a ride in a security cart to hep locate the stupid thing. The Trunk button was broken.. Half way from Vegas to Baker CA the low tire light came on for TWO tires. This means the person whose job it was to make sure the car was ready for pick up did a crap job. The person that gave me the car said I could upgrade for a higher cost or go to a sister store for a new car. Both options were an inconvenience to me so I declined being that I needed to be on the road within the hour. Just a terrible experience.

  I was very impressed with Chris' work ethic and people skills. I had scheduled my rental pickup through my insurance the night before. When I arrived to pickup the car from an uber ride, my pickup location had been moved to somewhere else! With no notice to me! Well, that did not phase Chris even for a second! He sprung into action and got me into a car within minutes! He made an outstanding impression on how Enterprise can run with good, understanding people. Cheers Chris! Thanks again!

  I have to do my best to separate my experience with the car I rented and the customer service that was provided. Initially reserved an economy sized car a week ahead when we needed it. When entering, we were greeted by the floor manager, Rae. Granted we had all required information, but the process was so fast, it almost seemed criminal. This also includes an upsell on Rae's part. Rae let us know for $10 more a day, we could upgrade and I'm so glad we did. The car can make the trip and I can tell you there have been times when driving long distance where I wanted to rip my hair out just so I could feel something. The upgrade made the entire trip a fun and memorable experience. Don't remember the initial car that was offered, but we went from basically a Ford Escort to a new BMW i5. The return process was just as fast, if not faster. Upon return, Rae came out to greet me and gave the car a quick inspection and said I was good to go. I won't hesitate going though Enterprise next time I need a car. Thanks again Rae.
