  Had a bad experience with your worker Sam. She didn’t seem interested in helping me. I asked her where something was and she pointed me in a general direction. When I got closer to area I had to get her attention again and she said it’s on that shelf by you. Then went back to her paperwork. I finally had to ask her to show me where it was. She rolled her eyes and acted irritated and came over only to see they were out of stock. She pointed to another area and said go look over there and walked away. I’m sorry if my being here trying to spend money gets in the way of whatever you were doing behind the counter. She was wearing a gray shirt which I think means you are a supervisor or something.

  I went to get a new battery and I was assisted by Jareem and received excellent service. He assisted in a difficult removal of a cable that melted to the battery
