  Thank You, Dimitri! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to take a moment to recognize Dimitri, the manager at AutoZone, for going above and beyond to help me today. I needed my windshield wipers replaced, and unfortunately, two other associates were unwilling to help and even made joking remarks about me needing them changed instead of simply offering assistance. I was already in a difficult situation and just needed someone willing to help me get safely back on the road. Dimitri stepped in without hesitation. Even though it was raining, he came outside himself and changed my windshield wipers so I could get back on the road safely with new ones. That kind of customer service and leadership truly deserves recognition. Dimitri could have easily left it to someone else, but instead, he took the time to personally help me when I needed it. Thank you, Dimitri, for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. You turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that I genuinely appreciate. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like you on their team! ❤️

  Autozone, always a clean store. I love that they have certain helps like checking the batteries and it's somewhat person dependent but generally helpful staff. Had a great day today was friendly I didn't need much other than I was adding a tube of additive which I think actually worked but it required scissors and he was kind enough to open it and didn't get cranky when it spilled on him a little bit. Nice guy, sorry I didn't catch your name I tried to look. My lot has turned a little bit and I'm having to be really careful with money. Though their prices are reasonable, I've had to wait to mail order more and more of the expensive parts simply because I needed to save money. Like I said the store is clean most of the staff are great. I like that I can take my used oil and recycle it there that was nice. It all goes in one big container and you can recycle car fluids, anything except gasoline or any fuel or antifreeze. I'm not sure why not the antifreeze may be because it's water-based.   I came to this AutoZone looking for help in attaching my license plates to my car and Art went above and beyond in helping me out. Exemplary customer service and I was very thankful for the assistance. I will definitely be back to this AutoZone as finding such great customer service can be rare. Thank you again to Art.

  Great service and great help. I purchased a battery and a employee put the battery in my truck. He was courteous, quick and nice. He did a great job 👏.
