I want to thank Chris S. specifically for going above and beyond to help me. I was having battery issues and being told different things by different people. Took it to auto zone and Chris S. not only easily figured out the problem that two roadside techs couldn't, but then went out of his way to get the battery I needed from another store and install it himself, on the asphalt (battery under the back seat) in 107 degree heat. And he wouldn't even let me buy him burger king. Thank you Chris, you're a real one 💯💯

I ordered a few items for pickup. After two and a half weeks without any update I called customer service, who they told me some items were available, but others were not. They said I could visit the store and pick up the items in stock. When I was back in town I did just that. I was greeted by a lady who asked why I waited so long. She told me that it's been a month, and most people wouldn't have waited so long to reach out. She couldn't find the order. I was charged anyway and needed to call customer service again to request a refund. I don't know the inner workings of Autozone, but I shouldn't have to make calls and trips in person to research my order status. I'd expect if items were available for pickup I'd get a call or email. I wouldn't expect to be told that most people wouldn't have waited so long. She's probably right. But I won't be wasting time with Autozone again.
