  In had a catastrophic tire failure today and called AAA. Silver State Towing was dispatched and Jason was very professional as he processed my info and promptly loaded my 1986 Toyota 4Runner onto his flatbed and took me home. He was so professional ! I had twice put 15 plugs in the sidewall tear, then drove 1/2 mile only to repeat the process. This would never have held on the road.

  It's my second travel in mountains using my EV and second time i'm in trouble, it was flat tire for that time, and AAA dispatched me to this amazing team. they towed me to nearest tire shop...73 miles away... Thank you guys 5 stars 👍

  The driver was awesome the dispatcher lady was a liar or didn't have full knowledge that the tow guys do carry air compressors she said they do not carry them and proceeded to charge me 220 for a 17 mile tow idk if that was reasonable 🤔 all i needed was air in my tire and she tried to get me to tow the vehicle the tow driver was awesome tho he charged me very little for air when I was stuck and made it home.

  If I could leave no stars I would. The woman at dispatch for no apparent reason reported to AAA that my 6 cyl mini van was an Rv which blocked me from receiving service for a whole daY. Because of their actions, I sat for another day while verifying with AAA that it is a mini van, that I don’t live (apparently van life has gotten out of control). Taking advantage of a stranded individual by trying to say they needed to send larger equipment (thereby charging more) has cost me tremendously and these people are not to be trusted!
