They will pull out every preditory practice in the book to make sure they can extract as much money as possible from you. Do not ever use this business, they deserve no good will because they offer no good will. Call a local owner/operator instead, they'll give you better service and it'll cost you less. These guys deserve to go out of business and I hope someone can manage to put them out of business one of these days

Called over 2 hours ago for a tow to my house 12 minutes away. They told me the driver is on the way. Called an hour later. Said the driver is 10 minutes away. Called 39 minutes later.. said “Drive is trying To call you now”. I said “don’t bother! You guys have wasted my time and energy! I seriously could have walked back to my house over an hour ago! Luckily I got got some great friends who came and saved me . Horrible horrible experience! Please save yourselves and call another company!

In had a catastrophic tire failure today and called AAA. Silver State Towing was dispatched and Jason was very professional as he processed my info and promptly loaded my 1986 Toyota 4Runner onto his flatbed and took me home. He was so professional ! I had twice put 15 plugs in the sidewall tear, then drove 1/2 mile only to repeat the process. This would never have held on the road.
