  The day before I brought in my 2020 Subaru Outback, I stopped in and spoke with Timmy Hinkle. He listened to my request for transmission and cooling system service and scheduled me in for the next morning at 8 am. When I arrived this next morning, his team members were opening up for the day. I was impressed my their friendly greetings and direction as to where to park. I met with Timmy and he said that my car would be ready in the afternoon. The services were completed as I requested and they check the front and rear differential fluid and noted is as "clean and full" on the bill. I also had a chance to speak to the tech who serviced the transmission. He said the transmission fluid that was drained was free of debris and looked good. I saved over 30% on the price over the dealer quote!!! Overall, I was HIGHLY satisfied and impressed with Timmy and his team! The location is very close to my home. My wife and I prefer to support our local businesses and this is one that made "the list." I have no reservations with giving a +5-Star rating for Douglas Radiator and Auto Air!!!

  Really nice people and they didn't charge me but...they were also unable to diagnose my issue and gaslit me that everything with my car was fine. After taking it to multiple places I finally found out that the shaking I was experiencing was from bad U-joints.
