I supervise 27 drivers. Because of an incident yesterday at this location, I sent an email out to all 27 drivers that if they fuel here ever again, they will be terminated. And if I would have worn a hidden camera, I would have called the police and had the staff arrested. Let me explain. Yesterday I filled up 6 trucks. 6 different receipts. Same rewards card. The total gallons of diesel purchased was about 940 gallons. 30 minutes after fueling up I went inside to get a shower. Nicole printed out my fuel receipts. I swiped my rewards card. And there was no shower on my card at all, despite 6 fill ups over 50 gallons. Nicole first said I needed to pump over 70 gallons. When I said I filled up 6 trucks Nicole then said it can take 24 hours for the shower to go on my card. I offered to swipe my fuel card so she could see the recent purchase, and she said I didn't need to do that because she knew I just fueled up. End result ? Nicole charged me 18.00 for a shower, despite just purchasing 940 gallons total. I called corporate. They said it's 50 gallons for a shower. None of this 24 hour nonsense. So it gets worse. I have several GM'S on speed dial. I had Nicole on speaker phone with a GM from a different location who knows my dad's company very well. Nicole was rude. I couldn't get a word. Nicole was angry that I got higher ups involved. Now this is saddest part of the incident. Im a disabled veteran. I open carry. When Nicole was rude to me in the presence of Kristin and another employee with tattoos, I told Nicole I was going to call up corporate about her behavior. Nicole's exact response to me in front of two employees ( kristin ) was this quote and quote: STOP THREATENING ME WITH A FIREARM. I was shocked. My response to that insanity was this: If someone is threatening you with a gun, you should call 911 immediately. What a joke. Then the girl with the tattoos on her arms says to me in front of Nicole and Kristin: YOU ARE POINTING A FIREARM AT US. My response to that insanity was this: My gun is in a holster. The barrel is pointed to the ground. And all four of us are on camera. Im not pointing anything to anybody. Once again, if I had a recorder on, I would have called 911 and pressed charges against these two employees. Saying words in public that could cause fear or alarm is the legal definition of disorderly conduct. And Nevada is a one party consent state, so they can be legally recorded without their knowledge or consent. Unbelievable. Nicole and this other worker definitely have a history of drug abuse, maybe even a criminal record. I had Nicole and a GM on speaker phone, and the GM heard it all and what Nicole said, and when I informed Nicole that I disagreed with her rudeness and it was my intention to get a hold of corporate, her response was this: STOP THREATENING ME WITH A GUN. That is pure madness. And Nicole is a very sick woman. Drivers, it's becoming the norm to check in with the shipper and receiver with a hidden body cam. I would not recommend coming here at all. But if you do, simply take 5 minutes to have your recorder on. If corporate ever sees this review, this incident is not fixable at all. Im officially done with the flying j/pilot. Its a non stop problem all across America at the flying j/pilot. Over half of the time the showers don't put on our rewards card after a fill up well over 50 gallons. And corporate knows this is a constant problem, because drivers constantly call up about the reward points not going on their card. Im officially done with the flying j/pilot locations. Never again. The Maverik gas station in fallon always sells diesel 30 to 50 cents a gallon cheaper than this Pilot location. At 200 gallons that is 100.00 in savings. For many years I sent drivers at this Pilot location because it was convenient to eat, fuel, shower, and park while doing a ten hour re set. In the long run, it's more profitable to stop fueling here, and just kill the issue by paying for a shower. No more headache or hassle. Except I will go the loves across the street where the showers are newer.

Good spot to stop for the night. Lots of available parking. Showers are nice and clean. No drivers lounge but it has a casino if you want to loose money.
