- AKaliaksandr karpinskiJun 22, 20261.0I waited an hour and a half for a shower, and nobody bothered to clean the shower rooms. No one cares, and there’s no staff doing their job. The place is completely neglected. One star. This is the worst Flying J I’ve ever visited.
- GLGriz LeyJun 11, 20262.0At least there is truth in advertising when they call this place "Terrible's". The outside diesel pumps have broken buttons so you need to do a manual start inside. There are huge lineups and often only one person on the till. They are not reactive to the situation. Then the pumps are as slow as the Dickens, creating a Perpetual huge lineup. Then the fuel kiosk doesn't work for a quick check out so you have to go back through the burgeoning line and they've let all the extra cashiers go so we're back to just one person on it till for a huge lineup. They say they're aware of the problem but why are you letting the lineup get so long before you call somebody to open another till? The final straw for me was the restaurant does not have any kind of separation from the smog and pollution of the casino. That garbage actually makes some people physically sick and you need to put up either a physical barrier to it or have some brilliant HVAC company create a laminar flow unit for you so the people in the restaurant get fresh air and all the pollution from the casino gets drawn out at the far end away from the restaurant. Terrible terrible terrible

All they do to apology or explain is just kicked me out of the store to the annoying dude's room, named "cdl driver only", so I will not borther them with my presence in the store. And then in one hour full of sudden all 5 people in tge line get their showers at the same time. Seems like it was the question of just couple buttons to be hit, showers was ready already. Appreciate your "service". Hope your moms will get the same service everywhere they go, they definitely deserve it more then truckers, for doing that bad job in growing their kids...
