Every other gas station in Fernley DOESNT have this so I will never be back to this location. It’s annoying. Your company is annoying for installing it. You don’t even offer the cheapest gas. Durrrrr
- BBBranAug 7, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Flying J on I-80 West! Great place to stop when traveling westbound on I-80. As a professional truck driver, I really appreciate a truck stop that makes it easy to get in, fuel up, grab something to eat, and get back on the road without wasting a lot of time. The facility was clean and well maintained, the parking area was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The restrooms were clean, the store was well stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s always nice when the employees treat drivers with respect and make you feel welcome. The fuel lanes were easy to access, and there were plenty of options inside for food, drinks, snacks, and anything else you may need while traveling. After spending hours behind the wheel, having a clean place to stretch your legs and take a break makes a big difference. Overall, this Flying J is definitely worth stopping at if you’re running I-80 westbound. Clean facilities, good service, convenient location, and everything a truck driver needs to make a quick and comfortable stop. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- OHOscar HernandezAug 1, 20261.0I am writing to formally complain about the poor service my fellow drivers and I experienced at this location after driving all night. We stopped to eat, shower, and rest, but were forced to wait in line for a shower for over an hour. When I spoke with the store manager to inquire about the delay, we discovered that the attendant on duty was asleep. The manager was neither helpful nor empathetic regarding the situation. Furthermore, looking at recent reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue at your location. Due to this experience, we decided to take our business elsewhere and will not be returning. I hope they will address this lack of professionalism and service efficiency with their staff.
