  On Monday, May 4, I rented a Toyota Corolla at my local California Enterprise office so I can travel to Fallon Nevada for work. During my travel through hwy 88, I encountered bad weather (Snow/Rain) near Kirkwood which made be very nervous while driving in a front wheel drive car. I arrived safely on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning, I contacted the Fallon Nevada Enterprise office to see if I could switch out to four-wheel-drive. I spoke to Ms. Flores and told her about my Travel and without hesitation she offered to switch me into a four-wheel-drive vehicle she had available but good couldn’t get it to me until midday. After I completed my work, I drove over to the Fallon Enterprise office and was met by Mr. Will LeWarne, who brought the 4wd vehicle so that I could switch out. Ms. Flores arrived a few minutes later to update my rental agreement. I was met with a comforting greeting and great service and was not charged for the upgrade. I do believe Ms. Flores and Mr. LeWarne deserve recognition for helping me when I know they didn’t have to. I really appreciate it. This is what customer service is about.   They will allow you to reserve a car, even if they do not have one available online. If they only have gas guzzlers available when you book a compact, they will act like they are giving you a deal and won’t discount you the price to offset gas because the deal is the “upgrade”. They also are not guaranteed to honor the price of the booking if the car that you booked isn’t available because it is “a small location”. The manager claimed I was already getting a deal due to me not paying the full price of the truck when I asked for a discount to offset gas. She said she should have charged me the full price of the truck even though I booked a compact. I was advised I should have booked a week or two in advance when I asked why the system let me book a car the night before. I tried to get a car at 8am, and then I thankfully got one when I called them back at 4pm. I ended up missing my daughter’s ballet recital because I couldn’t get the car earlier.

  Amazing experience! Staff is super friendly, professional, and informative… we’ve used this enterprise many times and by far the best one! Just returned our rental today and couldn’t be easier or any more pleased!
