- KRKayla RileyJul 22, 20261.0This was our first time renting a car from here or in general and their customer service is horrible. The car that we were renting they didn’t even have ready. And on top of that, our reservation was for 8 AM so why would there not be a car ready? Makes no sense at all They said oh you’re gonna have to come back later or you can have a smaller one, but we can’t do a smaller one and it’s just they’re rude. The people that work there are rude. There’s only one nice person that works there. That’s Sarah and other than that. This was a horrible experience. We would never rent from you guys ever again. Just so everyone knows if you have an out of state license make sure you bring your paystubs and proof you live in nv because that was the whole issue.

Sarah with Enterprise at the Elko airport helped us out so much and made the process very easy! The relief we felt getting in a nice new car to complete our journey was huge, and I can’t thank her and the crew at the Chevy dealership enough! Thank you for being part of our big day!
