I've had an excellent experience with Sierra Car Wash. The service is consistently great, the member pricing is a good value, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The washes are fast, convenient, and always meet my expectations.
I especially want to recognize Adrienne at the South Carson Street location. She was very polite, professional, and quick to help when my membership sticker wouldn't scan. She made the process easy and got me back on my way without any hassle. Great customer service like hers is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Sierra Car Wash!

Just spent $15 for the pit stop, and only washed 3/4 of my vehicle. Didn't even do the back. Lol also glad I didn't opt in for the monthly membership. As this car wash does not thoroughly clean my 2014 Ford flex. Also grateful I didn't buy the $22 or $30 option.
I’ve only used one so far and works great. Quick and convenient Sometimes the towels are all out but just go ask for them and they are quick to get. Hope to get down to the full service one sometime.

I was initially hesitant about taking my truck in to this car wash after seeing reviews about some of the scratches being left on vehicles. I looked at their website and it said that the wash will not damage my vehicle because they " use neoglide brushes that safely navigates around mirrors". I signed up for a membership. I took my truck in for a wash over a week ago and when I left I noticed that my passenger side mirror was pushed back. I pushed it back in place quickly because I had to get back to work. Once I arrived back at work I had more time to inspect my vehicle and noticed scratches consistent with brush marks on it. I filled out an incident report and sent them pictures. The manager calls me back and says that what happened to my mirror was a part of "standard operation" and that they refuse to take any liability including the scratches on the other areas. I've had my truck for barely a month and a half and this happens. If you read this, do not make the same mistake I did. $24 to have my truck scratched.

I really like the quality of the wash and the available towels to dry off the car. What is annoying is being asked to join the membership everytime. It is not a good deal for me. I don’t know what to solution is in this case. I understand why they do it but it’s over the top. Maybe put I sign out and say “if interested in our membership please ask the staff” just a friendly suggestion.
