  Made reservations for a car about six weeks before we needed it, confirmed again ten days in advance, then was disappointed with having to settle for a substitute that was entirely adequate for our extended trip. We really appreciated the ‘unlimited’ mileage! Car ran perfectly without any problems!

  Carson City Enterprise Rent-A-Car experience was excellent. Staff was professional and friendly. They had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. The return at Reno Tahoe airport was a breeze.

  Staff was friendly, efficient, and responsive to inquiries. The vehicle was very nice and clean. They offered to give me a ride when I returned the rental.

  The manager was ride and condescending. Can’t believe he is in charge. I over heard him being rude and sarcastic to a woman who was running a little late. He didn’t seem to care that we were in the room.

  You stole money 5 months after our previous rental car. It’s was returned the way we received it and paid currant!!! And you took over $200 more out of our account today!! You people suck. I’ll be reporting you immediately
