  The manager was ride and condescending. Can’t believe he is in charge. I over heard him being rude and sarcastic to a woman who was running a little late. He didn’t seem to care that we were in the room.

  You stole money 5 months after our previous rental car. It’s was returned the way we received it and paid currant!!! And you took over $200 more out of our account today!! You people suck. I’ll be reporting you immediately

  Did not have car we requested and did not like the one we got. Then they actually charged me for the $200 hold on my card and it was 4 days to get it back??? Price was good and car was clean.

  This was the kind of experience I love—seamless. They picked me up from the car body shop, gave me a clean, nice rental car (a sedan) that worked perfectly, then drove me back to the body shop when the repair was finished. Everyone I met was friendly, from the people in the office to the driver. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

  I tried to rent a car here never been to this location ever and the supposed stupervisor wouldn't take my bank card at all I called corpret and he wouldn't even listen to them when they tried to help me he denied me no matter what even when my girls credit card would work he wouldn't even take that cause she didn't have a driver's driver's license. I was the one with the license but since the card wasn't in my name, I couldn't use the card even though we are married and she was stuck at work. I have rented at least ten times from the gardnerville store with never no issues at all same card every single time. So now I cant take her to get her daughter and take them to there grandma's funeral tomorrow way to go enterprise great employees at that branch and to top it all off he sat there and smirked as I was upset at the fact this was important and he didn't help me at all the one I go to was closed. I really hope this guy losses his job cause that company use to be good now I'll never go there again this trip was super important my truck is broke atm so im just shocked they would let someone like that work there.
