  Manager is less than professional. Surprised they choose him as the manager, you would think he’s working for a quick stop the way he treats his clients , we will be using somebody else in the future. (try to be clear the fall guy in his late 30s identified himself as the manager and basically said the bus stops here close the door on us 7 minutes before 5 o’clock, even though we called ahead ) My wife will never step back in that place again, rude unprofessional shocking.- response back to management reply. I can see that upper manager doesn’t care. I’m not the only one that’s complained about this him. I went through just to see how many times complaints were about him. It’s habitual. I’m not wasting my breath again, we’re just not gong to do business with Enterprise anymore. Carson City is a small town and so is Reno.

  I tried to rent a car here never been to this location ever and the supposed stupervisor wouldn't take my bank card at all I called corpret and he wouldn't even listen to them when they tried to help me he denied me no matter what even when my girls credit card would work he wouldn't even take that cause she didn't have a driver's driver's license. I was the one with the license but since the card wasn't in my name, I couldn't use the card even though we are married and she was stuck at work. I have rented at least ten times from the gardnerville store with never no issues at all same card every single time. So now I cant take her to get her daughter and take them to there grandma's funeral tomorrow way to go enterprise great employees at that branch and to top it all off he sat there and smirked as I was upset at the fact this was important and he didn't help me at all the one I go to was closed. I really hope this guy losses his job cause that company use to be good now I'll never go there again this trip was super important my truck is broke atm so im just shocked they would let someone like that work there.

  When my car was in the shop needed a rental for a few days they were able to get me in something sooner easily fast easy transaction

  A huge shout out and THANK YOU to Leeanna!! Our situation was a bit unique, but she found us the perfect rental car. She is absolutely amazing and we were so blessed to have her help. Our trip may not have worked out otherwise. Would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend if you need a rental car!

  We had reserved a full size vehicle, over 6 months ago. We changed our reservation to a mid size vehicle, about a month before our trip, due to gas prices. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, they didnt have any mid sizes available, so the agent that helped us in the Carson store gave us a beautiful, full sized Chevy Tahoe for the mid car price and threw in a half tank of gas! We had a wonderful trip and loved the truck so much that we want to buy one. Great customer service! I should add that we did have an issue with the corporate operator sending us to Gardnerville for a mid size, stating they had two available, and upon arriving to the gardnerville location we were informed that they had zero vehicles available. The Carson store made up for the run around though!
