  The worst customer service we have ever received from any towing company. I been doing this over 8 years and have never had someone who is supposed to be in a professional setting speak to me or my staff the way Alexis did. Initially placed us om hold for over 15 minutes, so we hung up figured they were super busy. We called back and she had a nasty attitude without any information she lied and stated the vehicle is not there. Then she proceeded to say we are being suspicious, but the vehicle is there and will not give any information and hung-up on us multiple times. Whoever is the owner really needs to have some type of coaching for this manager/supervisor. I truly hope no one else experiences this type of disrespect the way we did.

  Hey Chris Holland (owner of Carson Towing), be sure you read this one. Civil lawsuit incoming. I was hospitalized with head injuries following a not-at-fault rollover accident that left me with head injuries and brain trauma on Friday. By Monday, I was released from the hospital and made an attempt to collect some Personal life saving items from my jeep at your tow yard while insurance and attorneys work out the details of the vehicle status. Your office help Alexis stated that, according to Nevada State Law (which she can not and will not provide an NRS code for) she will not allow me to recover these personal life saving items unless I pay the entire tow bill. She said, and I quote: "That's my policy." Let's not even consider the rest of her commentary, but feel free to pull your video feed on the office cameras. According to NRS 706.4467(5), a tow car operator shall:"Not hold or retain any cargo or personal property which comes into the operator’s possession as the result of towing as security or for any purpose other than compliance with the direction of appropriate law enforcement agencies."This explicitly means they cannot use your personal belongings as collateral (a lien) to force you to pay the vehicle's towing or storage bill.Supporting Administrative RulesThe Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 706.440 clarifies how this statute is enforced:No Bailment: Section 1 explicitly states that the operator of a tow car cannot hold personal property as a "bailment" for towing rates and charges. I have filed a police report, a BBB complaint, a complaint with the NTA, and my attorney will be meeting with me in the morning. Feel free to reach out before I make my next moves.
