  On May 2nd, my Fiancé and I had a tire losing pressure on the outside of Battle Mountain, i knew the dealership told me that there was a tire repair kit only in the trunk since they dont come with spare tires anymore, we had no cellphone service so AAA was a no go, and we were on a roadtrip, back to Washington State. Luckily we made it to Battle Mountain with about 10lbs of pressure left and my Fiancé said there is a tire shop! I stopped and pulled in, went to open the door and it was locked, I looked and it said they were closed! I started to walk back to the car to give her the bad news and a guy came and ope ed the door from the inside. I explained my situation and he said I was in luck because the tire guy was on his way but wasnt sure what ti e he would be there, atkeast in the next hour, during the conversation, he actually pulled up! The guy was super cool as well as the entire staff! He said he could have his guys fix it if it wasnt damaged from driving on it and get us on our way! The guy changing my tires was very helpful and kind, great personality! Come to find out during the tire change, we didn't have a tire repair kit in the car as we were told by our dealership and guess what, no lock key for the wheels either, so they had to extract all of our locks for us, since they were not useful for us to have them on and patched not 1 hole but 2 holes they had found in our tire. They didn't try to upscale us on a new tire, though I offered to pay for one if it couldn't be fixed. The entire experience here was awesome and I'm so happy they opened up for us to provide us with some much needed service! Thank you guys so much! We really appreciate each and everyone of yall!

  Another traveller that would have been in a pickle had it not been for these amazing American heroes! Solved our issue and had us back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank-you! Love from Canada!

  I was so blessed by the crew at Point S tires in Battle Mountain..My window got blown out by the wind and they were so kind to vacuum up all of the glass and taped it up so we'll I was able to continue on my journey until I could get it fixed! Heroes in my book and I thank you guys so much!!!! ❤️ I was able to get where I needed to go and my windows is now fixed!! Again! THANK Yous so very much!!!

  Had a flat tire in round mountain. They were not open. Ended up having to drive all the way to battle mountain where I found point s battle mountain. Not realizing they were the owners of the round mountain shop. I walked in was immediately attended to. They fixed my tire very quickly. And then gave me a discount for the bad service in round mountain. Very nice place. They were quick and affordable. I will recommend them anytime. Thank you again for the great service

  No one wants to break down, but if you have to pick a place to do so, make it Battle Mountain Nevada. Durick's towing dropped me at Point S in Battle Mountain and a tech was in the driveway to receive me. All signs pointed to me being on the road, and not local to the area. He ran a diagnostic and was able to get me into the bay on the next business day. This may not be a normal occurrence as they seemed to be a few weeks out, but I mention it to say that a judgement call was made at the time to get me back on the road. I am so appreciative. These folks were great. Attentive, and reassuring during the holiday crunch. The office was communicative, I got a phone call at the start of each morning just letting me know what was going on for the two days the truck was in the shop. I drive an older vehicle and the part needed for a repair was actually in stock at their shop, which saved a few days of idle time. The cost was fair, with the labor hours clearly communicated as well as printed on the quote. At all times I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. From the questions they asked about the symptoms, to the language they used when suggesting the repair....I felt valued and felt like I was among the best mechanics in the west. Stay a while, check out the town. Nicest little village I have been to in years, everyone equally as kind as the folks at Point S. Thank you!
