  I loved the Chevy Blazer i drove. Made me wish I'd purchased that vehicle instead of the Chevy Trax. Also the people there were extremely nice.

  We scheduled a rental about 1.5 weeks in advance. We requested a large SUV to take on a long road trip. We cal d several days prior to confirm but were told they couldn’t tell us exactly what type of car (Infiniti QX80, Lincoln Navigator or “comparable”). We called the day of. They told us they had a VW Atlas - not comparable in any way. They said the people who rented the car we requested never brought it back. I guess they only had 1 type of vehicle available to match our needs???? They had a Grand Wagoneer in their lot but this was never mentioned. All other cars were small crossover SUVs. We never got the car we requested. We had to leave many items home and were quite disappointed that our long-awaited vacation started with such disappointment. The guy at Enterprise was nice and we got a discount which was also nice. But it didn’t change the fact that this was very inconvenient and forced us to leave what we needed at home. We will never use Enterprise again.

  The pick up and return was extremely easy and the vehicle that I rented was in excellent condition.

  I was quoted a different rate than I was charged. I expressed this to Enterprise, but as of this time, it has not been resolved.
