  V made me feel like I was family! When I told her nervously I had a limited budget she said np we'll get the necessities done and then just come back when you can do the rest but when she pulled my in car air filter out she looked at it and me and said. We'll fit this in today.It was so dirty plus with nut shells from squirrels I was horrified and I know she was too - She said there's no way I'm putting this back in - she said you're not leaving with knowing that's what your breathing - that's just not right. We both looked at it and shook our heads and started laughing. She put in a new filter, did my oil change and a few other things and explained what she would focus on next. I have 100% complete trust in her and that service center. I'm not a trusting person. She has a rare talent of understanding how to run a business and at the same time take care of her customers as if they were family. It is a balancing act that not many can achieve. Thank you V I will be back soon!

  I was way past due for an oil change, and my daughter uses this place. They worked on my car like I had made a pit stop at NASCAR. They went over everything. I am very happy with the service that I received at this location. I will definitely be back.

  My husband went to get his oil changed today and asked to put a shirt on his truck hood so it would not be damaged by the ladders on his ladder rack. When he was told that he was not allowed to and that the employees were not allowed to he requested that the employees get off of his truck (they were handling his wipers, tires, and headlights which was not what was asked) because he was going to go elsewhere. Then the manager Vee came over and an employee named Silas called my husband a “F*cking p*ssy.” The manager did nothing to de-escalate the situation nor to correct the employees actions. We will not be back and do not recommend this location.

  I been going there to get my oil change everytime I go they forget to reset my oil life on my vehicle the light comes on saying I’m on 10% of oil life when I just got an oil change the reading don’t be accurate it happened 5 times & out of the 5 times only 1 time they reset it I went back week later because my light was on it was reset but the reading was incorrect saying I was at 100% I do uber so I drive alot I know my oil was not on 100% the inconvenience to go back for them to reset it can be annoying & messing up my car sensor
