- MMmarisa mauceliAug 13, 20265.0I went in with a battery I needed installed and I was by myself with my 4 year old daughter. The manager Anthony took such good care of me and got me in and out with no issues at all with replacing the battery.
- RMRobert MarkJul 31, 20265.0I was very pleased with the service and with the manager Jeff, while dealing with Mr. TIre in woodbury, new jersey. Jeff was very courteous, professional, end helpful. We we're having difficulties with our car starting intermittently. Our battery, and electrical system was diagnosed and the results showed that we had a bad battery. The battery was replaced within hours and we were able to pick up our car Shortly. We were also given additional information in case we, we're having any additional problems with the electrical system, which was very helpful. Person at the counter gave us a substantially higher final total due to a number of items that the Mr tire website said are already included. Negotiated him back down to only nearly 100 dollars more than the initial total. I left a message with corporate about what seems like a bait and switch. Explicitly stated I wished for a return call and left my information. I did not recieve a call.
