  Five stars for Jeff and the crew at Mr. Tire! After being stranded late on July 3rd by a failed roadside assistance call, I managed to get my car to Mr. Tire's lot overnight. I was incredibly grateful to find out they were open from 8 to 5 on the 4th of July. Jeff was fantastic to work with. He helped me pick out an affordable pair of tires that fit my driving habits perfectly. The price was half of what I expected to pay, and the ride quality is exceptionally smooth and quiet. They finished the job exactly when promised at 11:30 AM, ensuring I didn't miss my flight to go see my granddaughter. Awesome service, honest recommendations, and highly recommended! Dave Blowert

  Made an appointment on the website, which was super quick and easy. I was provided with a confirmation email that said 7:30-11 AM. Full disclosure, the body of the email said 7:30, but I thought it pulled that time as the start of the res. Came in a little after 10 and was told my reservation was at 7:30 (despite the email subject line giving me a window) and that I’d have to wait a minimum of an hour for my tires to be looked at. I don’t understand the point of making a reservation online and being provided with a window of time if it’s not going to be honored by the location. They do great work otherwise, but it’s like they don’t want my money.

  The staff were so helpful. I went in with my tire pressure light on and was able to make a same day appointment. Minimum wait to have it repaired.

  Replacement tire . The gentleman that changed the tire was courteous and explained the procedure. Very knowledgeable.
