I had a great experience with Alex and Dave at Mavis. Both were honest, helpful, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, the person who scheduled my appointment through the call center was misleading regarding both the pricing and the availability of the team at this location to change my tire. However, Alex and Dave were very apologetic about the miscommunication, even though it was not their fault, and did everything they could to accommodate me and make the experience a positive one.
I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. Despite the initial issue with scheduling, the service I received at the actual location was great, and I would definitely return. Thank you, Alex and Dave!

Great experience! Chad was very accommodating and made the whole tire change quick and easy. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. The place was also really clean and smelled great, which was a nice bonus. I really appreciated the service and would definitely come back!
