I’m not sure if it was because I am a girl , was trying to just get the free check , or had a modified car - but the dude Mike was very dismissive and it came across as straight rude. Quick as hell with me wouldn’t even check my brake fluid or properly fill out the report for anything else because of the modifications on my car that I already understood they wouldn’t touch. However that had nothing to do with checking my fluid or break levels. Glad he at least took a second to walk around the car, pop the hood, acknowledge my open air intake, and say I needed breaks and front tires, but you can tell it’s only because he was surprised I actually showed up. Even said straight to me I already deleted your appointment - which I did not request or mention anything about. Miscommunication is one thing but this was not a friendly , properly trained customer service representative. also they DO NOT OFFER FREE Alignment checks. i’m not sure why they even advertise this as he basically said - if we get it on the rack we do the alignment. I personally never knew about this service and thought it would be nice to get a quick report of my car, but for people who try to do this because it’s the only way they can afford or know to check if their car is road ready quickly, I feel really bad for.

Booked an appointment online at this location for new tires a couple weeks ago. They called back to make sure the right tires were selected. I got in 8am and they took my car right away. I wasn't initially told how long it would take but their waiting room was comfortable. There were multiple charging stations for devices which I appreciated. Mike did eventually checked in and asked if I would like an additional recommended service. He explained why it was recommended and explained the benefits of the add-on I selected online. He was pleasant. I have been driving my car and happy with my new set of wheels.
