  Unless you are interested in hassle and ignorance, stay away. Made an appointment for a repair and prepaid. Came out and said it needs to be replaced and I would have to make a new appointment for a repair and I would be refunded my initial payment. My insurance company made an appointment for two days later. We get a call with an arrival window. 20min after that window we are called and told he won’t make it and cannot come the next day and I will have to log in, cancel my appointment (even though they no-showed and I did not cancel) There was nothing available for two days and when I asked how I can be sure this won’t happen again because we need our car, I was told it definitely won’t. Well, you already didn’t show once what makes the new appointment different. I was also told it is fine to drive with the crack, even though it continued to grow every day without the car being driven.Finally showed up, fixed it. My deductible is $500. I was charged $574 for wipers I didn’t request. I check my bank and I also wasn’t refunded the initial payment I made. I check my emailed receipt and it showed they made me ANOTHER appointment did the following week with a charge of $921, but would use the payment I was supposed to be refunded towards it. After an incredibly irritating and condescending phone call, I believe it’s all rectified and hope the window actually stays. So unless you have the time and patience that I do not have to put up with nonsense and poor business practices, I 10 out of 10 recommend using anyone else.

  Had my windshield replaced and had some issues with the replacement glass. The technicians were extremely professional and accommodating, they made the situation right. Other than having the inconvenience of having to do it twice (which is unavoidable in my situation) I had a great experience. So much so I will be using this shop to replace the 25 year old glass on another one of my cars. Shout out to Mr. Carroll for taking care of me.

  Fantastic the two people a male and female were so nice that were at the front desk I can’t remember their names but I do knowhowgreat they were that means a lot to elderly people

  I was definitely late , spoke to the nice Asian gentleman he really helped me out! Fast and professional!!!! I was in and out in a hour !! Definitely a five star experience!!

  They were very flexible with my schedule. Douglas explained everything he was going to do when he came and also everything he did when finished. Very professional
