- MKMike KapicaJan 20, 20183.0The store was manned by only one sales associate on an early Saturday afternoon. The line to purchase items was long as a result. When I did get to the counter to purchase my six quarts of oil, I had also wanted and hoped to have my 'check engine light' diagnosis - but I could not do this because the associate knew he was alone in the store, he had already committed to another customer that he would replace his vehicle battery. He said I could wait about 25 minutes and he might then be able to do the diagnostic check then once he was able to help any customers that were in the store at the time to simply purchase items. I had to go to the competitors store about a half mile down the road to get my diagnostic engine check and one the recommended relacement sensor and replacement air filter. It's just an unfortunate circumstance due to having the store insufficiently manned on a busy early Saturday afternoon.
