  Unprofessional Liars, Scammers, and everything above Don't waste your time local Township had towed my car here while I was pulled over in Glassboro. The Driver they sent out didn't know how to use the DCT in my BMW, M4 and rolled the car off the trailer Two times in front of the cop and my parents not knowing how to work what seems like anything, Went to get my vehicle back the next day and my key fob is missing the physical key, And in order for that to be removed, my whole entire keychain needs to be taken out by the keychain ring because it holds onto the physical key and I had everything but my physical key( i had the fob and lanyard ) No physical key, however, which is attached to the lanyard so their driver not only took apart my key completely to take my physical key and steal it. He then put the lanyard back onto the fob where the key gets placed in and that's how I receive my keys. I tried talking to the cops and all of the workers and explaining the situation that there's no possible way that that key can be taken off without the whole entire key being separated, but I was being helped by absolutely nobody none of their workers that were there cared. The manager didn't care. We got into a big argument just a very unprofessional group of people. This shop is Nothing but a bunch of thieves and save yourself some time and pick any shop you possibly can on the same street there's more than five options Within a very few miles of range,

  This is the fourth time I’ve used Steve’s auto body for my vehicles. The number one thing is their honesty and communication. I knew what I said from the beginning, and there was something extra I needed done on the vehicle. I forgot to mention initially, although the job was nearly complete. They went back and fixed the issue I had mentioned. I couldn’t recommend them Highly enough I hope I’m never in another accident, but if I am, I already know where I’m going.
