  Went online and scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM. I then called to see if I could move it to 5:30 or 6:00. Over the phone, I was told that if I had time, I should just come in now at 4:00 PM. I said, “See you in a bit,” and headed over. When I arrived, the guy at the counter told me they couldn’t get it done today. Why would you tell me to come in if you knew the service couldn’t be completed? I wasted my time coming here because of incorrect information from your own staff. Very frustrating and completely avoidable. I won’t be coming back.

  Was overcharged and cannot get a straight answer. Service was good however they can’t explain why I was charged $27 twice listed as miscellaneous. I don’t have a problem paying it just explain to me what’s miscellaneous. No answer Therefore, I have no other choice, but to believe that the price was inflated

  My son needed some tires after hitting something in the road. Jay the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us multiple options and knew all the answers to the questions we had. Enjoy!

  I have been going to Monro since I moved to NJ in 2019. I was called with a reminder this past week and they gave me an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 8:54 and proceeded to sit there for an hour and a half for an oil change, while one person worked on three different cars including mine. The manager inside is absolutely miserable. Gives the worst customer service experience every time! On the way out I mumbled that he was miserable and I will not be going there again!!!! I did get a $25 rebate but I can still go someplace else for $80 and not $100 with a rebate.
