I was called with a reminder this past week and they gave me an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 8:54 and proceeded to sit there for an hour and a half for an oil change, while one person worked on three different cars including mine. The manager inside is absolutely miserable. Gives the worst customer service experience every time! On the way out I mumbled that he was miserable and I will not be going there again!!!! I did get a $25 rebate but I can still go someplace else for $80 and not $100 with a rebate.

- MSMach SurmaitusJun 14, 20261.0On two separate vehicles we have brought our vehicles for repair. One for shocks on a 2020 Nissan Rogue and another on a Mazda 2004 truck. Both times they have not put back my brakes or suspension correctly and I’ve had to return it to them again since it was dangerous to drive. They’ve cost me more money to replace parts they did not put back. This was after waiting for over a week on the initial repair itself. They are putting lives in danger and I would not recommend getting work done here.
