Very good customer service. They did an excellent job on my son’s alignment. They charged a fair price too. They diagnosed and fixed a small but dangerous issue with my daughter’s car and didn’t even charge me for her work!! Great experiences

I went to Mavis thinking i had a bad wheel bearing. The mechanic was out and when he came back, he took a look at my car and it turns out, the previous mechanic’s I had taken it too didn’t tighten the lug nuts all the way so my tire was in real danger of falling off. Mavis fixed it for me for free and they didn’t charge anything. Service was great!!! I definitely recommend these people they seem like good and honest people. They also fixed my brothers car a bit back and he recommended highly.

I had a random day off and decided to check my luck to see if they had any available appointments. They took me right in, the 2 guys here at the front desk are fantastic, great customer service, and even while sitting here waiting for car to be done, they took 2 walkins with tire emergencies no questions asked. 10/10 recommend this Mavis location!
