  The staff at this AutoZone are friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what you need for your car. However, I did experience a bit of a wait during my last visit, as it seemed like they were a bit understaffed. Overall, a decent place for parts and supplies.

  Incompetent management, do not expect expert knowledge or service. I saw the general manager, she didn’t know what the parts I was talking about were a they were one of the simplest parts used in any repair (thread repair kit, which is one of their main general kits). Zero knowledge, zero care. Just general poor service

  I had a fantastic experience at this AutoZone! The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to find the right parts for my car. I really appreciate the friendly service and quick turnaround – definitely my go-to place for auto supplies!

  My 2021 Subaru Outback died at a traffic light in Hohokus. Luckily a police officer arrived about 5 minutes later and was able to provide a jump start. We then drove to the Auto Zone in Westwood where their customer care assistant Moe tested the battery and determined it was time for replacement. Moe provided us with information on different brands and after choosing, he efficiently installed the new one and tested again to make sure everything was in good order. He was very knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend this Auto Zone to anyone needing parts for their automobile.
