    105 degrees out!! My wife went there with the AC in our Subaru not working almost at all. I told her to go to Autozone to get a AC refrigerant kit. Upon arriving the 2 gentlemen behind the counter Mogens S and Yordy N insisted on helping her install it. They ensured that the right gas was being purchased than with her permission installed the new gas. Now the AC works FANTASTIC and I don’t have to figure it out. They checked the pressure which seemed good but trouble shot why it wasn’t working and sorted it out. Most places do NOT go above and beyond the sale, these guys worked together and ensured that it was done correctly.

    Breathing isn't enough of a qualification for your employees. I had to say the words "can someone help me?" for one of the two employees to acknowledge me standing at the front of the store with my arms full. Instead of smiling and showing me the funny video she was staring at on her phone while "working" she decided to treat me like my purchase was annoying to her. I left 3 stars because I'm expecting my constructive criticism to maybe help the owner make some changes. Could be just the perfect storm of the two worst employees working at the same time.

    I didnt catch the name of the lady cashier that help me check out the worst attitude ever...like she did me a favor of taking my money and didnt seem like she even wanted to be there...i go there cause its close to me but i am not gonna bother going back again

    So, after another place flaked on me for some parts, I called these guys up. They actually answered the phone and had what I needed ready to go, which was nice. It's just a good vibe over here in Midland Park when you can count on someone to follow through like that (yeah, not fun dealing with all the runarounds).

    The staff at this AutoZone are friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what you need for your car. However, I did experience a bit of a wait during my last visit, as it seemed like they were a bit understaffed. Overall, a decent place for parts and supplies.
