  THE WORKERS AREN’T CLEANING THE CARS AFTER IT COMES THRU THE MACHINE AS THEY SHOULD.. WENT TWICE SAME RESULTS CAR STILL WAS DIRTY SMH

  I have to give a shout out to the young man who works the front desk at the oil change counter. I've been there with my wife's car several times and he is always courteous, professional, and I never get pressured by upsells I don't need. Today I brought in my wife's car and he informed me that it was only 2,500 miles since my last oil change and so I could come back later to get the oil change done (I had not checked the sticker and thought it had been longer). He could have just gone ahead and done it anyway to make the sale (and he did offer to still do the work, if that's what I wanted). But I appreciated his honesty and not trying to charge me for work I didn't actually need to have done yet. I trust this location for oil changes, and I think this specific employee deserves recognition for the excellent job he does.

  I was really holding off on writing this review but after my third try here, I can not say that the washes are great. The last visit I purchased the monthly plan because it was worth the money, but last time they missed so many easy removable dirt spots and after I pointed them out, the workers did redo the area. The last time my front windows were so streaked, i had to rewash them when i got home. Today, the inside of the front seat had dirt spots and I knew they were coffee and that they could be wiped easily. Once again, I had to call the lady back and she spritzed and wiped it down. It was not at all to my satisfaction and when I showed her she said "no more" which I felt was rude. I should have gotten out of the car to tell the lady at the front desk, but I let it go. I always leave a generous tip in the tip box, too, and then I walk away wondering why...the job is never good on the first try. When this package is over, I think it is time to try somewhere else. I like the convenience, but three strikes is out for me! Sorry.

  Had a great experience here! The car wash did a fantastic job, but the highlight was definitely the front desk. Miss Cony was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and so helpful throughout the entire visit. Top-notch customer service. I'll definitely be coming back soon

  I searched Google for a car wash and found this place. I chose a service that cost $34, thinking they would leave my car spotless and clean, but the reality was quite different! It’s not about the money!!!! ; it’s about the poor service I received. The people who vacuumed left my car covered in dust on the surfaces—it was terrible because I had to clean it up myself. You could really feel the dust; it seemed like they used a blower but didn't actually clean anything! I went back to ask for an explanation, and all they said was, "Oh, but your car is clean on the outside; the soap is high quality!" I needed them to deal with the dust inside! I am never going back to that place! The service is terrible! I know we all work for money, but we have to do our jobs well, because employees can give the owner a bad reputation! This happened on Monday, September 16, 2026 around 11:30 am ! I hope they improve and apologize, since the fault lies with the workers ; I hope the owner speaks to the staff about providing good service, because $34 is real money, and customers deserve excellent service. I’m sorry to leave this comment, but I felt really bad about what happened yesterday! Perhaps they don't feel happy because they aren't doing their job well; they should be more grateful to have the opportunity to work every day and to perform their duties with love and dedication. They might just need some motivation and encouragement. Sincerely Andrea V .
