  I’ve been coming to Team Carwash in Westfield for my oil changes for years, and this visit reminded me why I never go anywhere else! I accidentally locked my car with my keys inside right after I pulled in for my oil change. I was completely stuck, but Sal and Jason immediately stepped in to help. They went above and beyond to get my car unlocked, and I was so grateful for their kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Once everything was sorted out, they completed my oil change, and as always, the service was quick, professional, and flawless. A huge thank you to Sal and Jason for turning what could have been a stressful day into such a positive experience. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and it’s exactly why I’ll continue coming back to Team Carwash. Highly recommend!!!!

  Multiple scratches post-wash with no support after. Avoid. Disappointed that after 2 years of consistent visits to this location with multiple cars as a local resident that I found 2 deep scratches immediately when I got home after a wash. Went back to speak with the manager who took pictures and promised “to take care of it”. A day later I get a call from a 3rd party insurer who tells me that they “agree with the manager’s recommendation that team car wash is not responsible” and that there will be no remediation or support due to the fact that the scratches did not appear on their video, which of course they wouldn’t unless they had 8k quality security cameras. Recommend avoiding this location. I certainly won’t be returning.

  I had the membership for about two months and every single time I leave the service just gets worse. I am paying for the unlimited car wash full service and they can’t even vacuum the car correctly.

  We are delighted with the exceptional car care service provided, which included a complimentary coffee. Additionally, we noted the availability of cleaning kits, fluids, and mats for purchase. The manager extended a warm welcome upon our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are enthusiastic about joining the car wash team. It was truly outstanding!

  My SUV was dirty for the last 4 weeks. Team made it look brand new again. Inside and out!
