  Staff were nice. Easy pick and drop off. However, the big issue is the customer service after the drop off. I took video/pictures of the gas tank prior to leaving the lot and after dropping off. I received a $28 charge for the gas as i was told over the phone when i called. I called three times and i could never reach a manager to clear up this discrepancy. The staff kept telling me a manager was never there although i called in the morning and afternoon. Seems like a manager is never there. The staff said they would leave my number for the manager to call me back. I received nothing. It’s been a month since i returned the car. The manager is not trying to resolve any issue. I added pictures of when i got the vehicle at 82 miles to E and when i gave it back at 156 to E. This location took my $28.

  Marco and Kendall were extremely efficient and helpful during a really stressful time for my partner and I. They made the process of renting and returning easy, quick, and they did it with a great attitude. They make this location a great one.

  The staff at the West Orange enterprise location were professional from pick up to drop off - We came into the office to arrange the rental, and all of the details were clearly explained and the costs transparently disclosed. I regret I do not recall the woman who guided us through the process. She was awesome! The arranged pick up was easy, the rental car was clean, and everything was as expected. The drop off was also easy - Marco walked us through it all. Thank you for such a thoroughly professional service. I’ll be sure to use you in the future.

  The West Orange branch always supply top notch service. Assistant Manager Kendall and Manager Lee goes above and beyond! Even when they’re extremely busy they still do their best to get me in and out! Keep up the great work!

  Been coming here for a while now for multiple occasions. Usually have a good experience and cant deny that everyone does their best to provide the best service for a rental. Even can find a vehicle for purchase as well. I've finished my return with CB process was smoother than expected. Felt like before I stepped into the door I was on my way out to see the world again.
