  Never gave me my refund waited a whole month, everyone is rude no one tried to help even when brought it to their attention even the branch manager. Don’t rent a car here straight scam!

  I rented a car this past weekend. The experience was smooth and seamless, given the location was really busy over the long holiday weekend. This location is the closest Enterprise branch to my house so it was just convenient for me to rent from this branch. The support I received from Yahya Yanes and his colleagues made the experience worthwhile even after hitting some snags on the road as I was about to return the car. I would recommend this Enterprise branch to my neighbors and friends in the area who may need a rental car for a quick weekend trip.

  Enterprise needs to train your employees on customer service. I waited 1HOUR on hold for a representative to address my concerns. Never once did she pick up the phone to update me. Then when she finally came back to the phone put me on hold again. Just to hang up on me. Offered callback that never came. I had 2 phones holding for assistance one held for an hour and the other line was never answered. That line held for 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Although the customer service was bad. I blame Enterprise for this egregious treatment. And when you complain there is no follow up or apologies for your lack of concern for your customers. Some of the reps are courteous and some are just plain rude. I know this is going to fall on deaf ears because I've been lied to many times before from your company. I dislike you guys almost as much as Uhaul. I get annoyed everytime I think about my experience. It took me a week just to express this much. Reliving this episode makes me want to vomit. That's how this company makes me feel and I'm sure I'm not the only one. PART 2 To add insult to injury. You ask me to call a toll free number to relive this dibocal. So I call just to be asked to repeat it all over again. How asinine. SMH.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Yahya Yanes at Enterprise Rent-A-Car following a recent car accident. I was attempting to secure a rental vehicle so I could pick up my children during an already stressful situation. Throughout the interaction, Mr. Yanes appeared disengaged and inattentive. He repeatedly diverted his attention to his phone and conversations with others rather than addressing my concerns or explaining the rental options available and actually helping me. When I expressed frustration with what I perceived as unprofessional conduct and a lack of customer service, the situation escalated unnecessarily.Rather than attempting to de-escalate the conversation or resolve the issue, Mr. Yanes refused to provide service and accused me of being disrespectful. I found this response both unproductive and inappropriate given the circumstances. As a customer dealing with the aftermath of a car accident, I expected professionalism, patience, and a willingness to help find a solution.The experience added significant emotional stress to an already difficult day. I believe Enterprise should ensure its employees are properly trained in customer service, conflict resolution, and professional communication, particularly when dealing with customers facing emergency situations.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  I recently had a disappointing experience at the West Orange Enterprise location. I reserved a full-size vehicle, but upon arrival was given a smaller vehicle. While that was not ideal, I was willing to accept it. The bigger issue was the condition of the car. Within a mile of leaving the lot, it became clear that the vehicle had a very strong smoke odor that appeared to be covered up with heavy perfume. Turning on the air conditioning made the smell even worse, with an unpleasant fish-like odor coming from the vents. I immediately called the location and was told to return to exchange the vehicle. When I arrived back, I was informed that the only replacement available was a compact car, which would not meet our needs. I requested a refund instead, since the vehicle provided was not acceptable and we had only had it for about 20 minutes. I was then told I would still be charged for the full rental. The conversation that followed was frustrating and unproductive. After repeatedly explaining that charging for an unusable vehicle was not a reasonable solution, I requested a manager. Once a manager became involved, the transaction was voided and resolved in less than a minute. While I believe the employee I dealt with may simply need additional training, I am far more concerned that a vehicle in that condition was considered acceptable to rent in the first place. As someone who rents vehicles regularly, I expect better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to return, and I would encourage others to carefully inspect their rental before leaving the lot. There are other rental options nearby that have provided much better service.
