  I want to give a shout out to Donovan. I went there to pick up a rental as my car was going in the auto body for the next few weeks. Donovan was very helpful and explained their policies clearly. Thank you.

  Fatou went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. She was able to find the vehicle I wanted at their sister property and had someone take there immediately. There were some hiccups at the other location, but she was fantastic at ensuring a “less bumpy ride.” Her care and professionalism alone is what will make come back as a customer.

  The manager there is a lier. He tried to gas light me when I was 15 minutes late for the pick up, saying I was late so they gave the car away even through they over booked their cars. Another customer came in after me and then changed his response, he told him, that’s he should wait, there isn’t any cars. Even though both of us prepaid for the rental, they didn’t hold the vehicles. Then I was forced to upgrade as I needed the car. I noted the price was wrong and he said don’t worry it will be adjusted when I get back. I got back and he charged me the inflated price. I gave up with him and didn’t bother to argue further. You can’t argue lier who is the “manager”. You got to realize the company failed. I will not be using them or enterprise again. You can’t have people like that work for you.
