    Stopped by this AutoZone while working on a project and had a great experience thanks to Troy. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the tools and process I needed instead of just trying to sell parts. You can tell he genuinely knows what he’s talking about and cares about helping customers. Really appreciated the professionalism and insight.

    I've been buying parts for my cars from this store for many years with no issues. One of those parts was a starter I bought for my wrangler 4 years ago. It has a lifetime warranty and it began failing intermittently a couple of weeks ago and it was happening more frequently. I took the part to the store and the manager there, Travis, provided me with excellent service despite an unusual situation. Getting a warranty replacement wasn't the issue. The issue was that their system said that part number was no longer listed as compatible with my wrangler (when I bought it in 2022, it was compatible). Travis resolved the issue by first giving me the exact replacement under the warranty (since it's worked fine for over 4 years) and if there was any issue, he would replace it (again) with a starter that's currently listed as compatible with my wrangler. He also held on to the bad starter until I installed the replacement and tested it. If he didn't do that, I would be in the situation where I don't have a working starter and also no core to trade in. He went out of his way to make sure I would be made whole and I really appreciate that. I'm writing this review because this level of service is very rare these days.
