Went in to by a couple of air filters for my car and it was fast and easy. Not sure what the man’s name was who helped me but I heard someone refer to him as “Cookie Puss.” Pretty cool nickname. Anyway, thanks Cookie Puss for all the help.

My Taillight was not working after I installed it , and a kind gentleman named jeff was kind enough to come outside and take a look at it. He noticed I had made a simple error, fixed it and then showed me the error of my ways...all for no charge, just giving back to the local community.

This place needs to have law enforcement or corporate action immediately. I stopped by to get a couple accessories for my vehicle and as I'm checking out, this manager "Dough" started talking crazy saying "I have no remorse for human life" "I don't care about this customers" "they all can die" "I am a diagnosed sociopath- psychopath" "I steal from this place all the time and they can't fire me because they're all scared of me. I'm in a bike gang and I will destroy this place" All of this was said while he's walking around the isles. This is some scary stuff I will never in my life go back to an autozone. Lookout for this place. I feel bad for the employees that work with him and are listening to him and aren't doing a thing to control how he talks to and in front of customers. I hope this message gets to the right people in corporate. Someone needs to take action before anyone gets hurt by this person.
