  Can’t get one part to another store on time. I had an online order to pickup at 8:30 at my store, it wasn’t there. They said 10:30 it will be on the delivery. 10:30 comes, sorry they had miscommunication? It was not loaded come back at 1:30. Woke up early to get this car done and I’m sitting till 1:30… or later, who knows.

  Great experience called about a blower motor for my wife's Kia soul. After calling multiple locations to no avail ( autozone, Nappa etc) I called in and spoke to a woman named Kelly. She was friendly and professional and went out of her way to ensure I got the right one. In a world where customer service seems to be lacking and rarer by the day, Kelly exemplified great customer service.

  Went to advance to find a part that i knew was going to be annoying for my miata and autozone gave me the wrong info. a girl named kelley helped me and was really patient and helpful. I came in hoping to get something matched up and she went and found something that would work. never been to this location before and it doesnt even look like customers can come in but now i wont be going anywhere else. Cars fixed BTW Thank YOU!

  I chose to go to this location because the route is less congested then the one I thought to go to initially. I call before hand about a gas tank cap lock and a man answered the phone with great customer service, punctual and precise with what I needed that they fortunately had in stock. On my drive there I was a little confused on the location so I call back to double check and a woman answers the phone who distinctly cuts me off before I even finished my question. Anyway.. Following her direction I pulled in to a parking space and questioned for a second if I would come across her 'customer service' again. As I walk in a man is sitting facing the door way and there is a woman behind him... I go up to the man and start to inform him that I was the one who called this morning for the gas tank cap lock.. the woman standing behind him CUTS ME OFF AGAIN then asks me if there's anything else I needed. I respond 'yes, is there someone that could help me put it on? Im not sure if this is an easy task or not🤷‍♀️ She responded with attitude along with emphasis 'no we do not do that here. ' Oh okay you guys don't do anything manual with parts? Continuing to cut me off (mind you the man sitting behind her is here for all of this) she says 'no, we don't put on gas tank caps'... Now idk if she was purely stuck on not caring to help me but that's not what I was asking. Then I asked 'what is your name? ' *Kelly* she responds. I go back to asking her if they do any hands on work with the cars.. and she turns around and asks me if there was a problem today.. while also informing me that they do not do hands on work there. Now, I didn't care to engage in an argument by telling her there was an absolute problem I had with her attitude from the phone conversation to my walk in 100% and after I asked her what her name was the tone changed dramatically in her voice. I went on to say...' I just wanted to make sure this fits before I leave.' refraining from what I actually would have liked to say. No response from her back other than to have a good day with the most forced customer service voice. Please do better. UPDATE*** KELLY unfortunately gave me the wrong gas cap for my car... So that's great on top of her awful customer service. I'll go to the other auto zone from now on. If any customer comes across Kelly*** your best bet is to ask someone else to assist you... You will have a better day without Kelly's lack of customer service and lack of knowledge.
