SUBRARU tried to scam me and replace my oil thingy and then they messed up my bolt even more and these AMAZING PATIENT HARDWORKING GUYS IN 100 degree weather FIXED IT UP !!!!!!!! I’m coming here and no where else . THANK YOU GUYS FOR NOT ONLY SAVING ME MONEY BUT SAVING MY CAR

The team here is great and I'm so grateful they decided to fix up the tire right away vs having me leave my car overnight. Took off a star bc it was the actual service team that was amazing but the assistant manager did not want to deal with the situation and had an even more difficult time trying to properly calculate the prorated price of my new tire because I had previously gotten a road hazzard warranty here. Maybe it was a really long day for him that he didn't want to think about it but I definitely did not receive great customer service from him. I previously had my tires done here when the regular /general manager was in and he was great. The service team is really friendly, professional and knowledgeable thus I'll continue to come back.
