Excellent service at Mavis. I got an oil change, changed tires and got my rotors done. They did an excellent job and everything was done quickly. Kiayre (the manager at the location) was extremely friendly and walked me through the pricing of everything and was super knowledgeable. He also sent me pictures of updates of my repairs. Will definitely be coming back.

The guys did a fantastic job with my truck tore leak. Sensor was bad and leaking air. They got it fixed and everything checked out. They showed me pics of the leak...I already knew the sensor was bad. Work done quickly and priced quite reasonably. I highly recommend the Caldwell Mavis location.

Another pleasant experience, yet again! I can't say enough about Mavis Tire in West Caldwell. Kiayre supervised the work on my car from start to finish ensuring that everything was in perfect working order and communicating with me through the entire process. They are lucky to have him!
The technician was so accommodating and I never felt as if I was being rushed. I will go out of my way to take my car to this location because I know that the service I'm going to receive will be exemplary!

The manager Kiayre was very helpful. My engine light was on and he explained a few options of what it could be. I just needed coolant. I was in and out . I have been to other Mavis stores where you go in for one thing and they tell you a few other things you need. No pressure here just professionalism.

10/10 service and the best customer experience I’ve had at any auto shop. Kiayne, the store manager, was the absolute best. My mom got a flat tire (with my young daughter), tow truck driver couldn’t get the lug nuts off so had to have it towed here. Kiayne checked out the car immediately, explained the options and got her back on the road in about 30 min. I’m extremely grateful this is where she got towed. Thank you Kiayne!
