I brought my SUV in to the Berlin store to have my a/c checked that just decides to blow warm air when it wants. Jon helped me, checked everything out and was honest enough to say he found nothing wrong and it could just be the knobs inside the car wearing out. No charge! He was super nice and so honest...I truly appreciate that in a mechanic! No second guessing or trying to charge me for parts and labor that weren't needed! And I was in and out in an hour!! I went to the shop to tighten my car undercarriage rug. To my greatest surprise they did the work and asked me to go and have a good day. No charges! There was a great customer relationship. I will always go there for repairs.

Came into Mavis Tire (596 rt. 73 north in West Berlin) for a nail/screw in a new tire and was SHOCKED to see them pull one out between 5-6 inches long. They were kind, courteous, professional (giving me many options and estimates), and fixed it up for me in LESS than an hour! After making an appointment , they changed my tires. It took 4.5 hours. I had to come back as my car was pulling to the left and vibrating once I hit 50mph. When I came back, they refused to double check the balance, and they insisted it was an alignment issue.

I had an excellent experience at the Mavis Discount Tire location in Berlin, NJ. Bryan provided some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Even though the store was extremely busy, he took the time to help me find the right tires for my vehicle quickly and efficiently.
What stood out most was his transparency throughout the entire process. Bryan clearly explained the total cost upfront, answered all of my questions, and made sure there were no surprises. He also took the time to find available discounts and savings opportunities, knowing that financial considerations were important to me.
It’s not often you find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping the customer.
