Brxan was extremely accommodating! We had an appointment at 4:00 pm but a lot of walkins came in and he called us and let us know if we dropped off my car and leave it earlier he guaranteed us he would have it done by the end of the day. He came through and can’t tell you how awesome he was! We will definitely be looking into ant tire replacements with Braxan! Great customer service! ❤️

Let me tell y’all I have a used car came in 30 mins before closing on a wish and a prayer, the gentlemen who served me not only took me in, took care of my tire, but replaced my tire valve found the nail & didn’t push me to buy, gave me an estimate for a tire and set me up with an appointment for a week from today to get a new one when I get paid. I’m seriously gobsmacked by the service I was given today, there are amazing people left in the world y’all and they are at Mavis Tires in Berlin, get your tushes over there for any of your car needs, you seriously won’t regret it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I go to this Mavis location for all of my car needs. I always ask for the manager Dave. He is the nicest most helpful worker I have ever seen. Not only is the work done to perfection but it is also quick. I love being able to go to a place and have very personable people work on my car instead of miserable workers.

This is the first time I came into the shop. I was referred to David, who I was told was the best person to go to for my vehicle.
I am so glad I listened. David was phenomenal!!! David acknowledged me as soon as i walked in the door. He was so courteous, professional and willing to help me with what ever I needed. He looked at my car, fixed what i was concerned about, plus suggested things that would help my vehicle in the future.
I expected to get treated right from what people were saying about David. But, WOW, I didn't expect to get a 10 star treatment, which is exactly what David gave to me the whole time I was at the shop.

I have had service done here a few times and been very pleased. Today, I could see something hanging under my car and got concerned. I pulled in and asked if there was any way they could take a look underneath for me to be sure I was safe. 10 minutes later, a random piece of foam I must have picked up on the road somewhere was removed, and I was on my way. Such nice guys, no charge, and I'll definitely be back for more service! Thanks for the excellent customer service!
