  Had my windshield replaced in my driveway and Christopher was excellent. He arrived even earlier than expected (made sure to call ahead of time to confirm if this was okay), was swift and meticulous with his work, and easy to interact with. Both his customer service and technical skills were satisfactory. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and the outcome. Thank you!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — SAFELITE WAYNE, NJ If I could give the Safelite location in Wayne, NJ ZERO STARS, I would. My nightmare started with what should have been a simple windshield replacement at my home. Safelite came out and replaced the windshield, but they were unable to complete the recalibration, so I was told I had to bring my vehicle into their Wayne location. I brought the vehicle in, they performed the recalibration, and ever since that visit I have been dealing with problems with my car that I did NOT have before. My battery has been draining, I’m getting malfunction/error messages, and what was supposed to be a straightforward windshield replacement has turned into an ongoing headache. What made an already terrible situation even worse was the customer service. I called Safelite to explain what was happening and was transferred to a manager at the Wayne location. Instead of showing concern, trying to investigate what happened, or taking any accountability, the manager was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I understand that problems can happen. What I cannot accept is a company working on my vehicle, problems beginning afterward, and then being treated disrespectfully when I call looking for help. I trusted Safelite with my vehicle and have been left dealing with battery issues, malfunction warnings, wasted time, frustration, and a manager who apparently had no interest in taking my concerns seriously. This has been one of the WORST customer-service experiences I have ever had. Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend the Safelite location in Wayne, NJ. Safelite corporate should seriously look into how this location handles customers when something goes wrong. Replacing a windshield should not turn into weeks of vehicle problems and aggravation.

  The process was so easy and seamless. Brandon did an excellent job, he was professional, polite, and respectful. My only suggestion is to remember to reach out when you are on your way to the client’s home so they can be prepared. However, this did not significantly impact my experience, it was excellent overall!
