I got there a few minutes early and was told by the person at the front desk that they couldn’t take me because 1) there was a 3:30 pm appt that still hadn’t showed up yet and 2) he was down to just 1 tech since all others had left early. The one tech was literally standing around waiting for the 3:30 appt to show up meanwhile the 4pm (me) was there early ready to go for a 15 minute job. The business is open till 5 and had time to take care of both but the person at the front desk didn’t even attempt to honor my appt or even look at my car to confirm if they could quickly patch it quickly or not. The gentleman working the front desk made no attempt to help and simply said I can make an appt for 3pm tomorrow even after I had already driven there, what turned out to be, for no reason.
