The manager John is competent and thorough without the mass merchandising that all others use to overselling the customer. I highly recommend this location if services are needed on any vehicle you may own. Trust me on this over 185,000 on my BMW's odometer and usually serviced in Wayne's Mavis location.

Tire blew. Had to get new tires anyways. Took the car in for 4 tires and an oil change.
Guy calls me and says the brake pads are so bad that if I hit the brakes hard the heat generated will make them fuse together. Says since I’m doing tires he will take $600 off. Quotes me $1900 for brakes. I declined.
Get the car back, take it a few hours away to father in law who is mechanic. Get brakes done, pads still have 30% left. Cost for the brakes and rotors was $300 without labor. Also, the oil change I paid for was never done. Absolutely horrible group of people and horrible service at this location. Lying, over charging, failing to complete service.
DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Mavis Discount Tire on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne. What should have been a simple $20 tire repair ultimately cost me nearly $400.
I brought my car in for a leaking tire and was told they plugged it and that the problem was fixed. Within 24 hours, the tire was leaking again. I brought it back the very next day and was told they repaired it again, this time with a patch. During this second attempt, my rim was also damaged. Despite supposedly being repaired twice, the tire began leaking AGAIN.
At that point, I was done trusting them with my car and took it to my dealership. After inspecting the tire, the dealership told me the damage from the previous repair attempts was too extensive and the tire now needed to be replaced. So instead of paying around $20 for what started as a straightforward repair, I ended up spending nearly $400 on a new tire.
What makes this even worse is how Mavis handled my complaint afterward. They refused to replace or reimburse me for the tire because they claimed it was “already damaged,” despite my dealership specifically telling me the damage from the repair attempts was the reason it could no longer be repaired. Their proposed solution was essentially a partial credit toward future service at Mavis or for me to bring the car back to them AGAIN. After two failed repairs and damage to my rim, why would I possibly trust them with my vehicle a third time?
They were given two opportunities to perform a basic tire repair correctly, failed both times, and I was left paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Then, when I tried to resolve the situation reasonably, they offered me little more than credit to return to the same company I no longer trust.
Absolutely unacceptable workmanship and even worse accountability afterward. I will not bring my car back to this location or any Mavis after this experience, and I would strongly suggest others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

The worst service ever. I had appointment at 2pm today, and I cancelled my plans to do the oil change. When I got there they said they can't take the car. Why do you do reservations and confirm them if you're not ready to dovthe service for the car. I'm really disappointed.
