- KWKaren WenzMay 1, 20261.0Enterprise takes reservations for cars yet when i arrived to utilize my auto insurance reservation (which they knew when the reservation was made there was a daily allotment) there were no cars just SUVs when I arrived. which would be $8 a day out of my pocket. It was like the 90s sitcom Seinfeld where they could take a reservation but not hold or keep the reservation which yes, is key when you make a reservation; hold a car for the person. Keep in mind it was either drive back when they had a car available which was during my working hours for me and not near my home or pay. Not only did I have to pay additional, the SUV was in bad shape and filthy. The picture is of the drivers side floor …a rubber mat from Walmart would do wonders. I won’t bother to attach the other pictures this says enough; If I only I could attach the odor the SUV had it was a combination of garbage with decaying animal. I spent 1 & 1/2 hours cleaning the car the seat belt stuck to my shirt to give further detail. Never ever again from Wayne Enterprise. I should be billing them rather than pay them for a thing
