  I was in desperate need of a car. I made a reservation online from this location. I didn't receive any text message, so I called them. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that there were no cars available even though I booked online. He proceeded to say, online platforms do it all the time. I explained my desperate situation. He told me to call back, that he would help me. I called back and spoke with someone else. He said that they will help me out and do whatever they could for me. When I got there, they were so nice. They did all the research to see what car they would give me. Yes, I had to wait, but they pulled through for my family and I and got us a brand new rental car. The staff was extremely friendly and kind while I was there. Between their kind and helpful ways and my God, they provided amazing service, and I had a rental car!

  Update: I went in this morning to Enterprise and they were reasonable in adjusting my final bill. Thank you Enterprise for doing the right thing! Terrible experience vehicle wasn't ready but they had to get a vehicle from a location that was 40 minutes away. I was scheduled at 10am...I left at 1030am. They also didn't clean the outside if the vehicle and left me with less an a quarter tank of gas. Needless to say, I will never rent from here again.

  I had to rent a car at this location 2 separate times within the last month. The staff was so professional and helpful. They make it so easy!

  I travel for work and this is my favorite enterprise. Tim & Brad were both so helpful with my crazy work schedule and both guys went above and beyond to help me. Car & Van were super clean and I was in & out of the office in under 10 minutes. Great overall experience

  El servicio de enterprice es muy bueno. Pero cuidado cuando entregen el auto, chequeen sus cuentas bancarias por que ami me esta llegando cobros de peajes que nunca use. Y lo estan sacando directo de la cuenta bancaria que tu dejes en enterprice. Yo hize el reclamo en la oficina donde rente los autos pero ellos no me ayudaron me dijeron que llame a otro departamento. Pues llame y efectivamente las placas no coincidian. Pero sigen intentando cobrar de mi cuenta bancaria, pero ya hable con mi banco para parar esos cobros. Que pena que enterprice este Rolando siatematicamente Los clientes de esta forma. Cuidado revised sus cuentas despues de entregan un vehiculo. Y tomen fotos y videos como yo lo hize y me servira para probar que yo no use esos peajes que me quiere cobrar Enterprise’s service is generally very good. However, be careful when returning your car: check your bank accounts, because I have been receiving charges for tolls I never used. They are deducting these charges directly from the bank account you provided to Enterprise. I filed a complaint at the branch where I rented the cars, but they were unhelpful; they told me to call a different department. So I called, and sure enough, the license plate numbers did not match. Yet they keep trying to debit my bank account—though I have already spoken with my bank to block those charges. It is a shame that Enterprise is systematically ripping off customers in this manner. Be vigilant—check your accounts after returning a vehicle. And take photos and videos, as I did; this will serve as proof that I did not use the tolls they are attempting to charge me for.
