I’ve called the line easily a dozen times over the course of three days now and no one answers, I’ve tried messaging their chat feature from the text they sent me when I picked up the vehicle and there is no response. I would like to switch my vehicle as I do not feel safe driving this vehicle yet it seems impossible to get someone on the phone. I need a vehicle for work, the customer service here is terrible. I would not recommend

They rushed through the signature on the ipad in the parking lot without explaining all of the charges. Took a week to get a manager on the phone (Brad) and he just passed it off to a rep who offered a $50 credit. Brad then got on the phone and essentially said you signed it, too bad. Use any other rental agency besides these crooks.
- DGDebra GrahamJul 29, 20263.0We’ve had 2 issues renting from Enterprise in Wayne, NJ. The last issue was that they gave us a car that had a 10” crack in the front windshield on the drivers side. Very disappointing that a company that big couldn’t replace the windshield.
