I had an unexpected flat tire right before I had plans for the day, and I ended up needing to get my back tires replaced at the last minute. Alex was incredibly helpful and made a stressful situation much easier. He took the time to explain the condition of my tires and what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always makes sure everything is handled properly. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I took my truck here on 7/24 for a 10 AM alignment appointment. They kept it all day and didn't call me until 6 PM. Over the next week, it was obvious the alignment was still completely off.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought it back on 8/6 for a 3 PM appointment. They held my truck for another 6 hours, finally giving it back at 9 PM—and the alignment was STILL off.
I finally took it to a different shop for a second opinion. They showed me that I was actually missing parts and had broken pieces. When I confronted Mavis, they tried to throw my personal mechanic under the bus, claiming it was already like that. That's a flat-out lie—I was there for the whole process with my mechanic, and nothing was broken until Mavis worked on it. On top of that, their alignment machine was broken, so they were taking people's money and holding vehicles for hours when they couldn't even do the job right to begin with.
Zero accountability, terrible wait times, and they damaged my vehicle. Stay far away.
