- EDErnesto Daset3 days ago5.0Lady minute solution, my sister in law came for a visit with a burned head light on her 2018 four runner I had the spare light H11 but I was unable to replace it. I called Mavis on rt 31 Washington NJ even they were busy Joe took me in and had it done right away I praised this guy very much he’s a valuable asset to your business.Thank you Joe!
- RLRichard LewisMay 11, 20261.0Brought car in for a check engine light. Was told cylinder #2 misfire, service rep recommended replacing spark plugs and ignition coil, $527. Three days later check engine light back on, had another reputable mechanic look at issue. Mechanic informed me #2 new spark plug was cracked, remaining newly installed spark plugs were only hand tight. In addition Mavis installed cheap aftermarket ignition coil despite charging me $159 dollars for the coil and $40 for each spark plug. Replaced cracked spark plug and cheap after market ignition coil with ford parts, less cost than what Mavis charged. Remaining spark plugs were then tightened correctly. I would not recommend Mavis due to their poor service quality and inflated part pricing. I did reach out to Mavis seeking reimbursement for additional repair, have not heard back from customer service.

When something is unexpectedly needed with tires or brakes, I've been shown the problem area and had explained to my satisfaction why that repair is needed. Alex at the front desk today was a big help and a pleasure to do business with.

Jeff, Joe, and Alex were all incredibly helpful and professional…and nice! They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the service. What really stood out was their honesty. They gave me advice on my AC issues and recommended the most cost-effective options instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. They were also helpful in recommending places to get my windshield replaced, which I really appreciated. I also saw how well they treated a fellow customer, which really speaks to their level of care and professionalism. It’s not often you find a team that genuinely looks out for your wallet and safety like that. I’ll definitely be returning for regular maintenance and will be bringing my husband’s truck here as well. I can highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and people who truly care about their customers!
