I WAS BANNED FROM THIS LOCATION! All I wanted was a slow tire leak repair and a tire rotation done the way it says in the owner's manual. The manager argued with me until he threw me out because he said, "I insulted his intelligence". If you care about your car, go to the Philipsburg location. They agree with me.

Horrible service. Made an appointment online for tire rotation and oil change. When I get there they have no record. So I agree to wait for service. Three hours later I go to my car see that my tires were not rotated. I clearly asked for an oil change and tire rotation. The manager defended their service.

We have always had a great experience at the Mavis in Washington. Everyone is consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they make the whole process feel easy.
What I appreciate most is that I never feel pressured into repairs or made to feel foolish for asking questions when I do not understand something. They take the time to explain what is going on, are honest about what needs attention, and have always been fair with pricing.

Went to get 4 tires and an alignment done, I was the first customer in the door when they opened, with an appointment made online at 8am. Took 4 hours to just get the tires installed, was not asked if I wanted white letters in or out. (They installed them out which I would not have wanted). after 3 hours I said forget the alignment just do the tires. Once the tires were finally installed and pulled my vehicle out the white letters were covered in blue and asked if they clean them? I was told by the service writer that it doesn't come off. Finally when I got home found a valve cap missing that was not before. I cleaned the blue off with some purple power and a brush in 5 minutes. After spending $1500 i can see they do not care about the customer or have any pride in their work.

Went in for a tire service first the price seemed off, and I told them the size of my tire than the person‘s like made a mistake when he was ringing me up and the price changed then the tech and the manager he said his name is Alex. They got verbally aggressive, very unprofessional and very expensive. You’re better off just going to your car dealership. It’ll be faster and the work will be done professionally and you’ll be treated in a courteous manner do not Contact me if you want more feedback I called their headquarters in New York State to report this location
