Explained on the phone my car broke down and I was waiting for the tow truck and my ETA was based on the tow truck drivers ETA. At 2:50 Enterprise called to ask if I was on my way I explained in detail the situation and I would be there by 3:30. At 3:20 I was dropped off to a closed office. No one was at the location on 31 in Washington. NJ. I was freezing and it began to rain. After almost 20 mind I was able to get a hold of the Clinton location. They said some one would be there in 5 mind. I WAITED over 30 mins. for a Enterprise Employee arrive, I am sorry she said . I think I should of been given a discount atleast for having to have been standing out in the rain and freezing.
