  I confirmed my reservation that morning. I reserved a car @ 2:30. Explained on the phone my car broke down and I was waiting for the tow truck and my ETA was based on the tow truck drivers ETA. At 2:50 Enterprise called to ask if I was on my way I explained in detail the situation and I would be there by 3:30. At 3:20 I was dropped off to a closed office. No one was at the location on 31 in Washington. NJ. I was freezing and it began to rain. After almost 20 mind I was able to get a hold of the Clinton location. They said some one would be there in 5 mind. I WAITED over 30 mins. for a Enterprise Employee arrive, I am sorry she said . I think I should of been given a discount atleast for having to have been standing out in the rain and freezing.

  I always enjoy my rental car service with Enterprise and theirs agents are so pleasant. In Washington NJ Rte 31.

  I always had pleasant experiences in the past but this time i had to wait outside almost 30 minutes even for the office door to open @8AM. I can understand Washington, NJ is a satellite location but if you committed the time then it must be met. Same experience in the evening. The office was closed and there was an employee waiting for my drop off. I pulled into the parking lot, it’s a pretty small parking lot, hardly 10 car can park and so it’s highly unlikely not to notice if a car pulls in. This employee sees me pulling in. I don’t know that he is an employee as he was busy in his phone so I remain seated in the car, again office door is locked and hence thinking to call them. After 15 minutes this person approaches me and asks me if I am there for drop off!!! It really bothered me that after seeing me there parked 10 feets away from his car he is totally oblivious of my presence! In short it was relatively unpleasant experience this time.
