Went in for a plug for my tire that a screw was in and turned out it didn't go all the way through. They checked all tires and added the right pressure and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Very nice people and cleaner than most places I've been in.

We had a great experience with Mr. Ed and his team at Mavis. The excellent service started with my initial phone call to ask if we could come in with a flat tire. We were stressed and 2 1/2 hours from home. I later realized the person who answered my call was actually at a call center, she was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful.
When we arrived at the Warren location, Mr. Ed and his team took us in right away. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process stress-free. The waiting area was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated while waiting with family.
From the first phone call to the completed repair, the customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Mr. Ed and the entire team, for making an unexpected flat tire such a smooth experience.
