I had a big nail in one of my tires and the guy told me he can’t fix it because the nail was at the shoulder of the tire (not within a tread). I guess that makes sense. So a new tire was ordered and when I came in the next day the tire was quickly exchanged. Overall very happy with the experience.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ed at Mavis Tire! I brought my Mercedes-Benz in for help with the tires, and Ed took great care of me from start to finish. He not only helped get everything taken care of with the tires but also calibrated the system properly afterward.
The customer service and hospitality were excellent. Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and made it very clear that he knows exactly what he’s doing. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, and I truly appreciated his help.
