I brought my truck in for what felt like out of balanced tires. The crew here took me right and got the truck up on the lift, pull the tires balanced down, and I am out the door and no time flat and at no expense! This is the kind of customer service. We all hope to get and I’m very thankful for the folks here at Mavis today to make my life a little bit easier and my wallet a little bit fatter.

This Mavis location provided excellent service. I was driving along the shore when I had an emergency with my car around 4:50 pm. Since Firestone, which is only 6 minutes away, closes at 6 pm, I decided to take my car there. However, they didn’t even bother to assist me and were dismissive when I mentioned that I live 2 hours away and urgently needed their help. They simply told me to go to the Mavis down the road, which closes in 10 minutes. Thankfully, I managed to make it to Mavis, and the workers there were incredibly helpful. They finished the repair in just 3 minutes, and everything was done. I truly appreciate the great service provided by everyone at Mavis.
