    If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst dealership experience, more specifically my sales representative, Ryan J Natale, made this experience awful. Ryan was extremely disorganized. I came to the dealership multiple times to purchase a new car, and he always had an excuse as to why he could not get my car of choice. He even tried to persuade me into another model (i.e.: GLE). Eventually, I went to another dealer and purchased the GLS. I'm not sure why Ryan gave me the run around but please do not support this dealer nor should you work with Ryan. There are far better Mercedes dealers with great customer service nearby.

    This review has been long overdue, but I wanted to give it time since I made my purchase Anthony Diastoli was nothing short of amazing. He made sure that I got into the vehicle that I wanted and bent over backwards to assist me to get the deal closed. It was a bit hectic at first no fault of his but we made it work. I look forward so remaining in the Ray Catena family and making future purchases, Service is always great when I’m in there and I haven’t had any issues with my vehicle since I purchased it. I’m extremely grateful for the team.

    Great Car Buying Experience I just bought my new car and wanted to give a shoutout to Joseph Natale and Victor. He was awesome from start to finish. Professional, clearly knows his stuff from years of experience, and always communicated with respect. No pushy sales tactics, just honest answers and plenty of patience. Made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. If you’re looking for a car, definitely ask for Joseph!

    Serious Service Concern – Unresolved Issue After Visit I brought my AMG GT 53 in for routine service B and immediately noticed the issue was still present when I picked up the car. A check engine light on. After they told me it was done i since picked up the car with the problem, came a 2nd time and still not fixed. Since then, the dealership has changed their diagnosis multiple times. I was initially told there was an issue with cylinder 6, but work was performed on cylinder 4. I was then told a wiring repair was completed, yet the problem remained the moment I turned the car on. Now I am being told the engine harness needs to be replaced at a cost of $3,356, without clear diagnostic proof. What is most concerning: The issue was never resolved The diagnosis keeps changing A major repair is being recommended without confirmed testing I am being asked to return the loaner while my car is still not fixed I expected a higher level of technical accuracy and accountability from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I hope management reviews this situation and provides a proper resolution.

    I’ll keep it short. My CLS 550 needed some serious repairs. I dropped my car off on a Thursday to start work on Friday I believe. I was told it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday the following week the latest. I called Tuesday and was told it would be ready before Friday. Friday came and again I had to call just to be told it’ll be ready over the weekend. Being without a car is extremely inconvenient. After dropping over $10k on services you would think they’ll offer a loaner car but they didn’t. And when I asked about possibly getting a discount for taking too long and compensate for the rental they said no. Unfortunately the icing on the cake was that the final total was a little under $200 what was quoted and approved for work. Between that and poor communication I was left feeling like you don’t really need my business.
