  Had to wait even when I had an appointment; only 1 mechanic on premises, no manager, playing loud music & dancing; no regard to customers waiting, deliberately taking their time; ask them to change my cabin filter, had to remind the kid at checkout. So poorly managed and then kept my hood open, didn’t close it properly, didn’t even attempt to help. I’ve been a customer for a while. While not be returning! I tried to reach a manager. That was impossible! What a shame how the service was handled poorly

  Messaged me to confirm that I would be available. I showed up they said I wasn’t on the schedule and they need to order the tires. What’s the point of scheduling the appointment online and ordering the specific tires if they weren’t going to have them. The guy said I had to pay a deposit for them to ship the tires (the whole price for tires+service) Then when they rescheduled me I showed up and they lost my wheel lock key. Said they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to drive to the dealership buy a new wheel lock key and come all the way back. After all of that I tried paying cash and then card the guy said you already paid. I said no you said it was a deposit and he said yeah to pay for everything which he did not say he said “deposit” not “pay in full”.
