    Damian and Dan are wonderful! Damian was super helpful with my front tire that was deflating. It had a nail in it, and helped me to decide on rotating my tires as well, to ensure I was as comfortable and safe as possible while driving. Thanks Mavis for another great experience!

    Damian at Mavis Tire in Bridgeton NJ was absolutely AWESOME!!! He was very kind when I called the store in order to schedule 4 tires to be installed on my Van. They were open and had 2 sets of 4 tires! When I went in, he explained everything thoroughly. Thank God, they saw my brakes and front rotors were on METAL. No pads left. They gave me $145.00 in discounts. It was a phenomenal experience and because of Damian, I have now become a Midas customer. This is my first time at Midas but definitely not my last. If he doesn’t own this store, he surely has the leadership qualities to own a Midas store and definitely needs to get a RAISE:) He was AWESOME and a true asset to the Midas company. He’s DEFINITELY Leadership Material!

    Hello yesterday 4/25/26 I took my 2020 Cadillac in because back in December I bought a new tire and for the past week it had been losing air. Not little amounts but dropping me down to a 24psi. I’m not disgusted by the time it took for them to repair my tire. I’m disgusted by the care of informing me my car was finished. Granted I checked in at 1:27pm and got out at about 2:30. However I noticed my car had been off the lift for about 20 min. The manager showed no concern to me he went to a guy that was purchasing a new tire that came after me and told him his car was finished. This is where I got angry and got up I said is the Cadillac done he proceeded that if it’s parked out front it’s done. As if we had some type of bad energy. I asked the guy that checked me out what was the issue with the tire he was in a wheelchair and had to hop around and no one could tell him… 10 mins later the manager came no words threw a nail on the counter and that’s all I got. I’m astounded by the ignorance I experienced yesterday. I use them for tire services all the time as stated I bought that tire with warranty from there. I no longer use them for oil changes since I have a Cadillac I go to the dealers but I was going to use them for my sons car however they just lost a customer I would pay more and go down the street and try out the new Midas before I set foot in this place again. This was the worst experience I had from them and I was recommending them to others because how I was always treated not sure if he was having a bad day but by the way he showed concern to other guest it was clearly only with me and the worst part is I didn’t say much the only thing I can narrow it down to is because it wasn’t a paid service because the tire was under warranty.
