  David is patient and reasonable good and nice. I was cancelling the deal when the initial offer is extremely low. David did not give up even I signaled repeatedly to thank you for his coming and cancelled the deal. We finally reach a deal more than 5 times the original offer. I was told some one will call me before the car is pickup. Some one show up this morning without notice. I called your office to confirm it is from your company but not some one else stealing the car. The guy has the code for the lock box and the car key. So I believe he is legit.

  Very easy experience selling my car. Guy came, looked it over, drove it around, and made an offer. I do think it was undervalued, but that's the price you pay for convenience rather than dealing with Facebook Marketplace or such.

  It's more about expectation management: know their corporate business model and understand what can a local office do. Please be aware their online portal always gives a highest possible "show room ready condition" quote to attract people. The local office inspects the vehicle and deduct values based on their corporate standards. The final price isn't generally negotiable. My associate was very polite and I had no wait for my appointment. The inspection was thorough but quick. For the visit itself, I'm very satisfied. Eventually the final deducted price of my car was way lower than Carvana's quote, so I ended up driving my car back home. The associate was very kind to reach out to the corporate office to negotiate a higher price to match Carvana's, though still failed anyway, due to my vehicle record had something hit hard in their system. At the last the associate was still very nice, he didn't push me to continue the sale, instead he suggested me to go for private buyers or simply Carvana. So I guess it's still worth a shot to be there for people who want to sell their cars.
